Lo-Chlor products are AMAZING along with their sales rep, Candice! She has help me fix so many problem pools with different problems. I had a pool that was full of biofilm and the homeowners had not been able to get the pool clear for months, so they hired me. I couldnt get it to clear up after multiple shocks, clarifiers, and new cartridge. But, I had no idea what biofilm was and how to get rid of it.. Candice walked me through what it was, how to get rid of it with enzymes, how to dose their enzymes, how often, and it cleared up in no time! She has also met me at a fiberglass pool that I was having issues with some type of staining. No one had ever seen this issue before and she came out, walked me through a metal removing treatment, and 24 hours later, it was PERFECT. I have been using metal gone with this pool during my normal maintenanace stops and haven't had any more issues. Thank you Lo-Chlor and thank you Candice!!
