Such a needed addition to Longboat Key. Not only mid island but brings a whole different vibe to the island. There are so many great foods in the menu. The gluten free fried chicken is the best I have ever had. The desserts are great also. Cheers Courtney, Dean and crew you have done a wonderful job.

A truly great experience! We were warmly greeted by the hostess and owner, who immediately accommodated us at the bar for the short wait before our table on the porch was ready. The friendly and attentive bar tender, Kayden, informed us we were in time for “happy hour”! We all enjoyed a great drink and were in short time, taken to our table where our wonderful server, Shane, took care of us. The seats were comfortable and it was easy to have a conversation in a relatively quiet environment; with a cool ambience and vibe! After a GREAT meal of grilled Caesar salad, surf and turf (with yummy hush puppies and smashed potatoes!), shrimp and grits, and quesadillas, we were thrilled to meet and talk with the genius behind it all, owner and operator, Courtney. It is remarkable how she has assembled an amazing crew - and let’s not forget to mention the remarkable chef, Seth! We will absolutely be back as often as possible!

From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable – friendly, attentive, and perfectly paced. The food was beyond exceptional, with every dish bursting with fresh flavors and beautifully presented. The cocktails were expertly crafted and paired wonderfully with the meal. And can we talk about the bathrooms? Stunningly designed, spotless, and truly a step above. It’s clear that no detail has been overlooked here. What a gem of a find. Located on Longboat Key, next to Harry’s. The ambiance is 10/10, light, bright and airy. Even on a cold day, we sat on the covered porch near the fire-pit and had the most amazing cocktails and bites. The Happy Hour cannot be beaten. The oysters were delicious, 6-$12, what a treat! We ordered many appetizers, all were amazing. Add this place to your list of ‘must-do’s’ on your vacation to the islands. Courtney, the owner is kind, welcoming and a true testament of an owner that has passion, commitment and who truly cares for her establishment.

We popped in here last minute for dinner. I had a delicious blackened tilefish. Oysters for appetizers was delicious. Cocktails were great. Can’t wait till we are back in town to eat here. Our server Shane was incredible; he gave great recommendations and even better service!

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed all our meals and drinks. Kari took care of us and made us feel very welcome. Various seating options for indoor, outdoor or in between. Good sized bar area as well. Atmosphere was a clean, classy tropical island retreat. Had the seafood charcuterie to start and a blackened market fish sandwich and fried shrimp for our main courses. Finished up with a rum cake dessert. We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic!! Everything we ordered was amazing, we have a toddler who loved all of it too!!! The staff was so nice, and responsive. The drinks from the bar were spot on, they can make anything you want! Lo' Key Island Grille is the best place to go on Longboat Key, the local fish was so fresh!!

We had such a great time with our entire family. I'm so excited to have a new favorite restaurant that is also kid friendly ♥️
