I dropped off a piece right before the holidays for them to replicate, only smaller. I was told they would spec it out then give me a quote. So my GF found what I needed and bought it for a present. Since I hadn't heard a word from them I went by right after new years day. They had already created the piece. I was surprised and brought up that I was told I would be contacted with a quote. The response, " oh, he sometimes gets ahead and does that.". So I didn't need the part, but I tried to be fair and said ok, well what is the cost. It was double what I would've been willing to pay. He didn't even take into consideration they did the work ahead of the quote I was told I would get and still charged me full price, which was ridiculous. Not for what I was looking to have done. Not a chance I would ever use them again. If you can't stand behind the words on your sign out front "free quotes", then acknowledge your guy didn't contact me for the price and just made it.... Nope, too many shops out there that do high quality work to go back to this place. Would not recommend.
Side note, I'm an amateur welder on the side. Nothing I would ever do for others. These reviews talking about the quality, don't know what they are talking about about. The seams are crap, rough enough that if I'm going to use it, I'll need to grind them

Hauled my trailer up to Lizottes as the back bumper was peeling off. This was a difficult job as the bumper is tucked under with very limited access and next to my water tank. I also requested additional work to reinforce against future failure. Before taking it there, another shop refused the job as too difficult. The work they did was excellent and at a very fair price. I now have a reliable shop for any future needs. Recommend highly. Thanks.

Unlike the other reviews my experience there was great. Had them install a hitch receiver onto my fith wheel camper for a bicycle rack. Needed it done right away and luckily they were able to help me that day! Ive seen allot of good welding and also alot of bad welding these guys did a great job and there welds look clean and professional. Can't understand what the other reviews were talking about but I was very happy
