I got a couple racks of beef plate ribs. Pretty much the only place I can find em. Threw em on the smoker. Cane out fantastic. Looking forward to more smokes in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Livermore Butcher! It was my first time walking in, just 20 minutes before closing, looking for two of their best steaks for a date night with my fiancé, and they went *above and beyond*. The whole team made it an unforgettable experience—Anthony expertly cut the heart-shaped steak and was extremely kind throughout, while Andrew recommended the perfect Zinfandel to pair with it and shared some laughs with me along the way. Aura was there too, radiating positive vibes and making the whole experience even better.

But they didn’t stop there—Paris added a baked potato, macarons, and gift-wrapped everything in a beautifully hand decorated to-go box complete with hearts! The level of customer service and the family-like feel were absolutely top-notch. For a first-time visit, I felt like I’d been a regular for years. I’m so proud to call Livermore Butcher our neighborhood spot. They’re truly one of a kind!

Fantastic local butcher offering top-quality cuts of meat and delicious sandwiches. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making for excellent service. They also carry unique and harder-to-find meats like elk, buffalo, and venison, perfect for those looking to try something different. Highly recommend!

Love, love, LOVE the Livermore Butcher Shop. Not only are their meats top quality (the sweet bourbon tri-tip is our favorite), but it's a family-owned business with helpful and friendly employees. I love seeing the same faces every time we go, and it's always so welcoming when they greet you by name. Paris is always great, and Anthony is always nice to my daughter. I especially love how they now offer some of their cuts already marinated and sealed for a convenient grab-and-go option. Why spend close to $200 for a mediocre steak dinner and drinks at a restaurant when you can have better quality at home!

Always appreciate the quality of their meats. They have a large variety as well. Easy parking and always a friendly face to help you. They also give you suggestions about cooking and seasoning and answer questions that you might have. Started using a digital thermostat based on their suggestion. Best thing I ever did!

Eh. Got a sandwich and mac salad, 28 bucks. Turkey is real, pro. Sliced like lunch meat, con. Make smaller sides is my main critique, 3/4 of a pound of mac or potato salad is 3 regular sized sides. Charge 3 or 4 bucks and you're technically making more per oz, whether you have to figure out packaging for it. Not sure if toasted bread is an option, but it would have made it a lot better. Bacon jam is fire, I'll probably be back for a sandwich but no sides. 3 stars since it's looty

Awesome locally owned butcher shop located in Downtown Livermore. They have a great selection of meat, and they also make sandwiches to-go. They are a bit pricey, but the price is worth it when you see the quality of the meat. It's nice to have a butcher shop in town again.
