My wife went in for fingerprints for a background check and was insulted and laughed at by some guy that thought he was a funny man, and then some woman comes out and insults my wife for being "too skinny, and needing to be fed". Totally unprofessional and rude

I lived there for a year. It was like a prison I could not have company over there’s cameras everywhere. They put a camera at my door front door and back door. If you have company stay overnight, you have to pay $50. I’ve never lived in such a crazy place and all my life..

I use them regularly and usually have no problem. However, recently I dropped off a prepaid, professionally pre-labeled package for UPS to pick up. I deliberately arrived at the store prior to UPS pickup time because my package contained a water sample that needed immediate shipping. Turns out, what should've taken 2 days to ship, took 12 days! My package must've sat for days until staff realized it was for UPS pick up.
BTW, the gentleman with the long black hair (the son) needs to work on his tone/attitude.

The woman Irene or whatever her name is was extremely rude! We came in to get fingerprints done and knew nothing she was giving out incorrect information according to the field print office who I called to clarify. I simply asked her to explain what I needed to tell them to get the fingerprinting issue corrected and she was screaming at me with scissors in her hand and yelling and not once did I raise my voice at her. I decided to call to see if I could get some help from someone else and unfortunately it was the same woman who complained that she just brought this place and it cost her $60,000 to fix up and that she keep dealing with rude people the issue might not be the people but her! hung up on me when I simply told her that I needed clarity on what she needed. I will never give them my business and you should question if you want to do the same! I will be making a formal complaint to fieldprint as well about this establishment.

The red head is amazing and did what she can to help. The mom is really rude and they had me paying 780 for car insurance. Now I pay 500 at b&k....

I didn’t like the fact the woman in the red hair charged my husband to tape up his box . He only needed a small tiny piece. The gentleman that works in there never charge us extra to use tape he always go above an beyond. I’ll make sure next time he is the one I’ll go to for assistance.
