This is a security guard for live nation. I realize security guards put up with a lot. However he threatened to throw me out of the parking lot cause I didn’t hear this “adult” say a van was passing. I currently have a hearing issue and seeing a specialist on Monday. I can email those documents if you need. I’m completely sober with a clean criminal record. This “man” is ableist and horrible with people. Quite a few security guards have an attitude but this one takes the cake. He should be fired.

An Irresponsible Concert Organizer
We bought tickets to see The Tenors concert on Dec 23, 2022, but Toronto has major once-in-a-ten-year winter storm, -12C (10F) with windchill feels like -25C (-13F), wind gusts up to 90 km/hr with visibility near zero, snowfall amounts to 15 cm. TV, radios, the police, Ontario government, and mayors keep reminding whole day of all Ontarians not to go out as it is dangerous to drive and walk on icy road surface. In fact, there were numberous car accidents across Ontario whole day, including 100 multiple car accidents this morning. All flights cancelled, all sports games cancelled, all schools closed. All banks and libraries closed early afternoon. But Live Nation neither cancels or re-schedules the concert, nor offers an option for ticket holders to get full refund. If we go, we risk our life. If we don't go, we lose all our hard-earned money. Extremely irresponsible for this greedy organization!

My husband, two friends, and I are big fans of the Arkells and love attending their concerts. We attended the show on Friday, June 21st, and were enjoying ourselves dancing and singing along.

During the concert, after Max encouraged the audience to get up on shoulders, my husband lifted me up. While we were dancing and having fun without bothering anyone, security repeatedly targeted us, despite many other fans also being on each other's shoulders. We complied and got down as requested. However, a few minutes later, we were suddenly surrounded and bombarded by ten security guards. When my husband asked why we had to leave, they refused to provide an explanation and restrained us both, including strangling my husband.

We posed no threat, were not violent, and had no weapons on us. This treatment essentially amounted to assault, with approximately four guards restraining each of us.

We have been trying to get in touch with Live Nation for assistance but have had no success in reaching a contact or a real person who can help.

Is there anyone who knows of a contact at Live Nation who can assist us in addressing this issue?

Came for the Art of the North exhibit and was absolutely wowed by the talent, skill and art pieces displayed fantastically throughout the building. There's a bid in place to win one of the artworks and if you download the app, you can try to purchase other pieces of Raptors art. If it's not there, you can contact some of the artists through their ig handle.

For the most part, the atmosphere had a great vibe, although I wish there was music. There were some Adidas shoes with artwork on display, lots of hommages to Vince Carter, Kawhi had a big mural, lots of Drake and some ovo references. The place wasn't packed as I came quite early, but overall a great hub for Raptors fans to swing by.

So Olga (Alanis Morissette concert) went above and beyond for a patron. This woman had her zipper break and needed thread to get through the night. My friend and I joined in to help another woman who also didn’t know the girl with the wardrobe malfunction. Olga (an employee through Live Nation) found the thread and sewed it back together. Right there in the woman’s bathroom. It’s nice to see girls can still get help with complete female strangers and we can brainstorm to fix the night! Olga, you made someone’s night tn. You’re undoubtedly younger than us, but you helped the girls. I commend you!

They totally rip you off. Was not allowed to take a small backpack to the concert (after it was cleared by security), was forced instead to store it in a locker for $17!! Couldn't even come back for my sweater that I had inside because once closed, you can't open this locker without having to pay all over again.
The VIP lounge is not worth it at all, overpriced menu and crazy crowded (obviously too many VIP access tickets are sold for this lounge's size). Canned beers are $14+. Cocktails were so diluted we didn't think there was any alcohol there at all. Huge lineups for everything. Messy exit, huge crowds funnelled through a narrow passage, would have taken one person to stumble to cause a disaster.

Saw Scorpions last night and they were amazing. So none of this review has anything to do with the Scorpions and their part in the show.
We bought the tickets expecting Scorpions and Whitesnake and the opener of Thundermother. Whitesnake pulls out for illness (this happens) but had ZERO communication from LiveNation about this or what the new lineup will look like. Everything we had saw and read anywhere made it seem that it would just be Scorpions and Thundermother. Once the concert started we were treated to a up and coming Canadian artist J.J. Wilde. She was amazing. So, is Thundermother next? Nope, next was Scorpions. They put on an amazing show!!! Between J.J and Scorpions we had to wait for a severe weather warning. During this time we had no updates from the venue, although their social media posts (which we were directed to monitor) told us to expect updates after 15 minutes. The other issue during this time was that everyone who was not under the roof were directed to seek shelter under the roof, their cars or the washrooms. This was totally fine and expected but there were no additional staff helping to coordinate all the extra people, blocking walkways and aisles. We had to fight through some belligerent people as we tried to get to our seats.
The 2 stars I gave this review is for the venue, ease of accessibility etc. (Budweiser stage is a terrific live music venue). The other lack of stars is for Live Nation itself. There is no customer service from Live Nation at all. We paid good money to see 3 bands; 2 well known iconic bands and a lesser known, virtual newcomer. What we got for the same money was 1 well known, iconic band and 1 amazing up and comer.
Extremely disappointed in this company. Once they got their money, customers mean nothing.
