Austin is the best — and his work is phenomenal. From the moment we first connected, I was impressed by his clear timely communication, obvious knowledge of his field, openness to our ideas and needs, and overall professionalism. He came to do a site survey in an incredibly timely fashion, asked questions, and showed us options to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted — while also meeting code, stability, and other considerations we had not even thought of. And then he made the MOST beautiful white metal railing for our landing and a handrail down the stairs — masterfully crafted and so so so well executed. And installed the spotless piece beautifully, surpassing all expectations. He is also incredibly considerate of our space, dust, cloths, tarps, timing, etc. I could not recommend him highly enough! And hope to have more projects to hire Austin for in the future.

I hired Link Metalworks to design and weld a pergola and I couldn't be happier. From the start Austin's communication was professional and prompt and he was generous with his time. Once we started and ran into necessary changes, he was flexible and willing to talk through the solutions. I was amazed at his ability to look at my inspiration photos and somehow translate them to real life, better than the inspiration photos! Once he started on the project, he worked long days in punishing heat to complete the job, never slacking or complaining, resulting in the project being done in 2 weeks, a project I anticipated taking 6 weeks. The work is high quality, and Austin's standards for himself are high. My brother is a welder so was looped in all along the way and he was very impressed with what he saw. Austin's range of abilities is broad, from railings to now pergolas! I would recommend him without hesitation.
