Awful customer service, Rhonda is the most hateful person and she should not be involved within an organization that deals with customers. She thinks she runs the entire city of Lincoln but guess what she needs a reality check. I caught her lying to me. If you have any issues talk to anyone but Rhonda. The mayor needs to review all Calls and listen to how she talks with customers.

This water department is 100% fraudulent. I’m prepared to pay my bills every single month. I never received ANYTHING from this place and then they shut me off and made me pay a late fee and a $80 reconnect fee. They did not care about my side of the story and they just told me to take it up with the post office. Rhonda is very rude and doesn’t care about anything a customer has to say. She just doesn’t care. I love Lincoln and everyone else out here does too and the 1 thing that no one out here likes is the water department. It’s time to do something about it.

I just moved out of Lincoln water department service, but for the time I had them I was very pleased with the service. The customer service was amazing they always called for possible leaks when my water usage was unusually high. The staff always communicated very well and professionally. I pray the water company in the area i live is as amazing as Lincoln! Thank you!

We just moved to Lincoln. If I would have known how horrible this town was and the rude people and even worse water department! So rude and in a hurry to get off the phone. I never received a bill and was charged a late fee! If I could leave a Zero I would have because this is the worse service I have ever seen in my life from all over this town. I will not do business unless I have no choice like this water department. ?

I'd rate 0 if i could. Two years of mishaps and misbillings and im glad I'm moving. Also, make sure you REALLY explain what date you want your water disconnected, or they'll disconnect it on a friday evening two weeks before and leave you with no water over the weekend.

Horrible place! The old lady manager is rude and apparently has never had a hardship arise in her life! I understand if people regularly are late or don’t pay, but in an emergency, she was horrible and as uncaring as could be! They really don’t care about anyone but themselves. I knew I heard stories about how this town sucked, but I’m starting to see why. It’s sad.
