This place is blessed! The first time at the top of this mountain I got shocked as how beautiful it is, I mean, you are still in the city, easy access and you can literally disconnect from everything and stay in peace over there! The Sunset is gorgeous and not crowded at all, so is perfect! If you never been there, Just go!!!

Huge number of amazing hikes with multiple trails, ups and downs. Good parking available at the bottom. There is not much shade so choose the right weather to go. The views are super good.

Nice set of trails that lead up and around a pasture with views of almond Creek ?. Friendly people and ?. Easy to find parking. Pretty easy to navigate.

Totally one of the most beautiful spots I've seen in the area. Granted, I visited just a few days after a storm rolled through, but the hills were vibrant green and everything was bursting with life. Hardly anyone around. Easy to get away from the sound of traffic. Just beautiful. Easy to get lost in it, in a good way.

Great hiking trail for an hour full of cardio. Due to recent rains, trail is full of mud and washed out slides. Great views of Mt. Diablo and Concord/Pleasant Hill suburbs. You do have decent number of benches to sit around, though not clean enough ?

Love this open space and hiking in it. There are different ways to go to make your hike longer or shorter. And people are usually very polite about dogs and passing them, etc. Bathrooms and water fountain at the house up the hill from the parking lot. And they have a dog wear fountain too!!

had tons of fun riding my MTB here, the flow trail is a lot of fun and the climb to it isn't that bad for how much fun and length you get from the flow trail. some of the other trails at the highest point in park are also a lot of fun, lots of good long flow. the quarry area has a lot of drops and other stuff that's a lot of fun. overall it makes a good ride and a good time. 10/10 would recommend.
I will say tho that I don't recall anywhere to refill water so you should bring lots of extra or you plan to be there a while and the parking lot is relatively small for how busy it gets, it has never been bad for me the few times I've gone but I hear it can get pretty crowded. and there are no restroom but other than that it's great

Lime Ridge Open Space is beautiful and is very nice to do a wide arrangement of different activities. Lime Ridge is an amazing place to exercise by walking, running and an incredible place to walk your dog. Lime Ridge has a great open area which is nice for flying a kite or letting your pet run around. This open space has beautiful views and gorgeous scenery. I completely love this open area and enjoy visiting this location.
