Honestly, I am not one to write reviews ✍️ much but this church was a good church that me and my family have went to before. I enjoyed it And could definitely hear God speaking through the pastor.

I was in church like usual getting used to as we have been going there a while. Worship songs start coming on and then I start playing my tambourine worshiping God with my whole spirit worshiping Jesus Christ and playing the tambourine as the spirit lead me.

In tune and rhythm then I start noticing that a few people sitting in front of me turn around to look at me as to see where the sound is coming from and I start to see that they looked at me like they never heard someone play the tambourine.

I ignored it and just kept worshiping God and enjoying the presence of God and then I start to see the pastors wife walking around assuming that she is just looking for someone and then I see that she is looking to see who is playing the tambourine and long story short she came up to me during service and told me that the tambourine doesn't really match the song and that I shouldn't play it.

Of course I listened instead of asking her why she is limiting or wanting me to quench the spirit and not encourage my worship to God. I was upset but didn't say anything nor wanted my parents to say anything. Instead I know that God will defend me in his way. That maybe I just needed to dust off my feet like Jesus Christ says.

It just makes me upset because why would a person do that especially a pastors wife discourage a young person like me from worshiping God freely like my mom always taught me to and most importantly like God tells us to. If I can't worship God freely in this church I will find another. I'm not going to waste time trying to ask why I wasn't allowed to worship the way I am free to. Not posting this to diss anyone but just upset that or how religion can kill someone else's fire instead of light it.

Was new to the area and found this church, after a couple Sundays it was clear: this church is on fire for God, filled with believers that aren't just there to fill seats on a Sunday and each time I went, my daughter was blessed in kids church and in the sanctuary, the Holy Spirit was moving in a mighty way.
