Called in to report no water at there Office in Cordes. Got transferred to the no water line . & the uneducated woman that answered the line says call the local office number.?
Stupid people that won’t do the job they are hired for.!

Unable to adjust payment options online, I called the main Liberty Utilities customer service, they transferred me, and then I waited for 58 minutes without anyone picking up. Pretty terrible.

I guess I have just been really lucky in my dealings with the new people. I have had some questions about the water pressure and the occasional water outage and have always received VERY prompt, courteous, responses. Kinda seems like these guys are having to do an awful lot of repair work on leaky lines here and there and working really hard to take care of all the issues that pop up. Again - have not received any response from the new folks that wasn't polite, helpful, and reasonable. Keep up the good work guys...I look forward to the time all the repairs are done and it just becomes a matter of maintenance.

I have lived in Cordes for 17 years have had nothing but great experiences with the water company! The office lady is sweet and polite and the guys are very friendly too! Pricing is very reasonable compared to other towns in the area. Thank you for your great service!

What can I say except that the lady who runs the office will only talk to you over the phone or through the mail slot. Not sure if the employees will be helpful if there is a problem. I will reserve further judgment for now. May change or redo this review in the future. Not a very good welcome to the neighborhood!

This is the new owners as of March 1, 2019.
This used to be owned by Cordes Lakes Water Company...which were a private family.
Hopefully, the new co.pany won't give us any trouble with all those stage 4 water warnings...hopefully they will fill up all the wells, especially during the summer.
They are having an Open House this week...hope they are ready for us residents.

Need to fix constant problems with water shutting off if "people are using too much water, so our tanks are low." Sounds like a BS excuse to me. How the heck are people supposed to live life without water? Wash clothes, clean dishes, take a shower, flush the toilet C'mon Water People! Get it fixed!
