Liberty installed original cage (Lennar house). Damaged after Helene. Met rep at house to review damage for estimate. Lengthy process, confirmed areas in need of repair including non hurricane repair from rodent chewing hole. We reviewed everything including hole, estimate provided and work was completed in satisfactory time at satisfactory price. Rodent hole not repaired. When I called/emailed about the missed area they informed that it was not on estimate and would not be repaired unless I paid an additional $320. I asked for the individual who wrote estimate to contact me, assuming he would remember that it was part of estimate. Liberty refused stating invoice was past due and had to be paid. After several tries to get them to confirm that it was part of original they refused. I paid invoice and taking relief via social media. They do good work at acceptable rates but do not care about completing work that they 100% agreed to do

Liberty Aluminum Co has installed a complete new Pool inclosure at my home. It has been constructed paying attention to every detail to insure a long lasting quality addition our home. The company has performed in an outstanding way. Also the men doing the work were extremely good at installation and courteous and friendly. As for me, there is no other company for this project.

From my initial contact with Liberty Aluminum with a request for them to provide pricing, to the final goodbye of the installation team everything went smoothly.
