There were many problems with the installation of our patio screen. The first day they demolished original screens, cage and gutters and installed new gutters acting as if everything was fine. It was not fine. The gutters they installed were 2 inches wider than the original causing the gutters to overlap our window frames. Unacceptable. Upon closer inspection, the roof drip plates had been damaged when the original screen structure was removed. Both of these problems were pointed out to the demo/installation crew the next morning. They took the entire structure down and installed the correct size gutters but actively chose not to address the drip plate problem at that time. Instead we were told they had someone who would take care of it, as it turned out they did not have anyone on staff to fix the drip plates. After a lot of back and forth we finally had to arrange for our roofing company to fix the drip plates. We learned that the drip plates were done improperly 4 years ago when the roof was installed thus causing the issue when the pool structure was removed. There is plenty of blame to go around. All issues were eventually fixed and we are very pleased with the entire enclosure. My issue with LG Screens is that their crew fully knew the gutters were not the same size as they had just removed and they knew they had damaged the drip plates (or they should have known) They did not bring these issues to our attention until they were called out by us.

LG Screen Repair just completed my birdcage install on 3 Jan 24. Trust me it wasn’t one of their biggest jobs but sometimes the smaller jobs are the toughest. I had a new therapeutic spa in stalled and enclosed. Laura and her team completed and met every promise they committed to before they were awarded the job. Laura’s measuring and engineering guys were spot on which makes for no surprises on installation day. Her installers are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Laura’s prices are more than fair and her team’s willingness to go the extra mile to assure a happy client is amazing.
