I’d like to share my incredible experience working with Lexus Saramonte, and specifically with Maxim Shepelev. It was truly an outstanding process that deserves recognition.

I had been searching for a Lexus GX 550 for over a year, and I know firsthand how difficult it is to find this vehicle in the Earth color. These models are extremely limited, and most dealerships mark them up by $5,000 to $15,000.

After meeting with Maxim multiple times, he thoroughly explained all the options for purchasing a Lexus GX and assisted me in reserving one. Within a month, my vehicle had arrived. Throughout the entire process, Maxim kept me updated, from the car’s departure in Japan to its arrival at the dealership. His professionalism and personable approach made everything seamless and enjoyable.

I ended up purchasing a Lexus GX 550 Overtrail Plus and added several protection packages, including Perma Plate, Tire & Wheel Protection, and the Maintenance Package. Maxim explained the benefits of each option in detail. For example, he pointed out that the hourly rate at the service center had increased by $50 over the past two years and is likely to rise further. Locking in a fixed price for the maintenance package allowed me to save approximately 40% over five years.

The Tire & Wheel Protection also proved to be incredibly valuable. On one occasion, I punctured a tire while driving in the mountains with my off-road tires. Thanks to the protection, the dealership sent a tow truck, transported my vehicle to the center, replaced two tires, and even repaired a scratch on the wheel—all without additional costs or hassle. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with how smoothly everything was handled.

The vehicle itself in Earth color is an absolute joy to drive. It’s a rare and striking color, and I told Maxim that if such a car became available, I’d buy it immediately—and that’s exactly what happened!

I’d also like to extend my gratitude to the entire team at Lexus Saramonte, especially Finance Director Kenneth and Sales Manager Joseph, who helped facilitate the deal, with Maxim guiding me every step of the way.

I can confidently say that I highly recommend Maxim and the entire Lexus Saramonte team for purchasing a vehicle. I will absolutely return for future purchases and will refer all my friends to them.

Loved our shopping experience at Serramonte Lexus. It was our first time purchasing a brand new car and although we researched and prepared dutifully, we were apprehensive.

We worked with Mr. Victor Lu (Absolutely Amazing) and he was perfectly transparent and the ideal sales consultant for us. Victor's patience, openness, and professionalism diffused our concerns and won our confidence. We were even allowed to test drive to our home to make sure the model type would fit in our small garage!

The vehicle we wanted wasn't available at the dealership and the cars that were scheduled in shippment to arrive were all presold. Victor worked his magic and found a car with most everything we wanted in another dealership. He had it delivered to Serramonte and wouldn't even take a deposit until we test drove it and really considered everything. His approach made us feel very comfortable. We ended up loving the car. They detailed the car (kept it indoors to keep it dry from the rain) and put a bow on it when we picked it up!

It's been several weeks and we are still so very happy with our purchase. Most importantly, whenever we had a couple of questions, Victor and Serramonte Lexus were Super quick to respond.

There was no pressure or strange tactics - we felt it was a seamless process and a very good transaction.

Honestly recommend this dealership, particularly working with Victor Lu or Mason (another consultant who helped answer a billion questions).

So, I bought my first Tesla from this dealership and knew what to expect regarding the car. It had minor damage, but I was already aware of that. Nico was very positive about everything. The manager was really cool. However, the guy I tested drove with was a bit reserved and didn't seem particularly eager to sell me the car. Regardless, I was determined to purchase it and was just playing along. He was probably just tired at the end of the day. In any case, I'm happy with my Tesla.

Fernando went above and beyond to reserve a car for me (without a deposit), update me as to its progress, and notify me immediately when it arrived and was ready for pick-up. He spent an enormous amount of time to show the features and customize the settings and ensured that the paperwork process was in perfect order. Very appreciative of the care!

Terrible experience with the service department (more so the loaner car department) at this dealership. My insurance just renewed and the policy is the exact same but I didn’t have a physical paper copy of the new insurance with the new expiration date yet. They refused to loan a car to me despite proof of active insurance on my phone (thank you for that Jose)… I took time out of my day to drive to this dealership and they told me I could just wait for the service to be done since they won’t loan me a car without the physical copy of insurance (I’ve never had any other dealership request this? A screenshot should suffice). The service would have taken hours and I do not have that kind of time, I would rather drive to Marin and go to the Lexus dealership there than have to deal with such awful customer service and communication.
