It took us a couple of weeks to get someone on the phone to pay our bill. Then when we wanted to have another gas line run so we could purchase a gas stove it took another 2 weeks for someone to show up only to be told that it was not something that the gentleman could handle. He then referred us out to someone else and now we have to either run the lines ourselves and call them to hook them up or sit and wait until who knows when. I wish we would have used a more professional company. These people are ridiculous. 🙄

So I have gas heat, stove and hot water heater. I have been going round and round with Leon Propane since before Christmas trying to get everything in my name and get more gas delivered. I am at less than 10%. Called and my “local” office has their phones forwarded to another office and have NO information regarding my service….. I am beyond frustrated!
I have NEVER reached anyone in the local office. The only time I have spoken to someone there was the manager calling to set up the inspection. Oh and the work order they leave with a phone number is for a company from NEW YORK!!!

I am giving 3 stars because telephone operator (not local, but an exchange service) was very kind and tried to help. There is no way to leave a message after hours (I ran out of gas on Thursday afternoon). I couldn't get on Friday's schedule without$150 for after hours delivery. Monday I called and confirmed I was on the schedule. I called again at 4:30. Driver never confirmed delivery with dispatch and no one in Tallahassee answered the phones. Very unreliable and unprofessional

Everyone is very nice and the guys that come fill our tank are very respectful. The only reason I'm not rating higher is they never come when they say they are. This last run they were supposed to be here Friday. It's now Tuesday and we still have no gas. This bas happened every single time we have called for a fill up. They say we are on the schedule for one day and then show up til days later

Not happy with Miss Troy she was not very professional to me I feel wanted to try to get my propane filled today she wanted to inform me that me having 20% is enough for me to be able to make it through the weekend and that it won’t be filled today which I think is not professional and I would not tell any of our customers why work that I would go above and beyond to see if it could be done and if it couldn’t I would let the customer know I tried to do my best to make it happen. We are very disappointed.

No customer service, rates are high, called 3 times in 3 weeks for a gas delivery and got no service, no return call, no satisfaction. Called Plantation Propane and ordered their service and tank. Enough is enough, time to move on.

The 10 or better years that I have been a customer, I have been completely satisfied; always customer service with a smile Elissa has been the same friendly voice and Torie is nice and friendly too!
