Florida Statutes §101.62(a), requiring renewal of vote-by-mail ballot requests each election cycle was (to me) yet another legislative disappointment. But for Mark Earley and the Leon County board of elections I have only compliments. Thank you for mailing reminders to us voters about the new requirement, and for providing different ways by which we can easily make our renewal requests. State legislators should take notice and follow your good example of public service.
