However I have been denied an appointment to update my Change of Address for a Choice Voucher for HUD Housing Urban Development Benefits Mortgage Account for $1800.00 a Month and My Total Year Choice Voucher Benefit Mortgage Account is $21.600.00 My Paperwork for Section 811 Benefits in the State of Florida .

Housing Authority Suspicious Activity of favoritism reverse psychology manipulating me with Interruptions and also with False Advertising violation of Federal Regulations , Suspicious Activity of interruptions with Single Family Discrimination . I object to the interruptions of superstition lies of Denying Service for Change of Address for me with a Choice Voucher Verification Letter application . I have a Qualified Approval Client number and identity number in the State of Florida to be a Florida Residence . I was also Denied a Tenant Request change of address for my Section 811 Benefits Choice Voucher , I only received no cooperation at all from Public Housing or Subsidized Housing . I abject , Florida Residence and Single Family Discrimination with interference and unnecessary roughness I absolutely abject to the reverse psychology of a manipulator with Interruptions of me complaining my homework and paperwork for a payment plan for a 12 month lease agreement in Tallahassee Florida USA North America .
My plan is to rent a two bedroom apartment for a single family only. Sign up for education college and financial Aid and Government Grants and Sign up for unemployment or a Work Experience interview for a job ! I am interested in investing in a 401k Account and a IIRA Account and I have a Qualified Approval 529 Tuition Investment Account !

Making a payment over the phone seems impossible. I consistently wait 30 plus minutes if I even get a hold of someone to make a payment. Needs a better system to make payments. Online system, start there.

As a landlord it’s my favorite place in the world… though things were in the dynasty phase when Miss LISA was running things at the front desk.

Nowadays you’re lucky to get a smile and a pulse out of the current lot.

Had jjury duty with arrival at 0745. Severe weather was reported but calling the evening before was told to report. Drove through dangerous conditions to arrive on time. Get there soaking wet and the court house is closed. Called clerks office and received a message to wait (in a storm with lightning) until 0900 when they would “make a decision”. Everything is closed because there is no power throughout the county. While the staff are safe in their homes the jury pool is left standing in a storm for 90 minutes. Do better Leon County and cancel morning reporting when there are threats of severe weather.

1. A person actually answered the phone-not an automated recording.. That by itself was great!
2. The young lady asked what I needed.. verified my information, and took care of me so quickly!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Very disappointed in my experience with the metropolitan location. I called earlier in the day to make sure of their hours, and their employee told me 8am until 4:30pm. They closed early and kicked us out even though we got there at 3:59 (their door had a sign saying they close at 4:00 today even though their normal door sign and every other website and social media page says 4:30). My husband and I both left work early so that we could get our son’s passport but they shut the doors in our faces and another couple’s faces relentlessly and without explanation. If you’re going to close early, at least have your employees let callers know and post it on your website and social media! Do better, Leon County!

Not good. They are not honorable. I would recommend staying clear from these people if you can. Mean spirited is the best word for describing this court and many of the people who work in it. Absolutely insane. I expect better. Good luck and God bless if you are dealing with them. You are gonna need all the strength of the angels to get out alive.
