The quality is simply disappointing and the service men are very subpar with their work. My home has been falling apart from my wood floor ripping off to my garage not working and so on. The service people do not even come in to fix anything like they said they would when I first bought this home. If something breaks you are stuck in a cycle of emails and phone calls!! It is not worth the hassle and it will cost you more in repairs than you think. All my neighbors I’ve talked to have experienced similar problems with their homes falling apart. If I could go back I would have never bought this home.

Very undurable and low quality homes. I would not recommend if you are looking for a home that will last more than 2 weeks without something breaking. Our home was purchased in Febuary 2022 and to this day no one has come in to fix our dozens on things broken in our house such as the floor, dishwasher, garage door, electrical issues, our front door and so on.

Buy it if it's a repurchase. Don't buy it "NEW", thank me later. If you decide to purchase new, here are some tips. Do not do the walk around with the Lennar rep leading. His job is to distract you from all the poor workmanship. When you do notice defects, they tend to blame it on you. Customer service is also non-existent. Customer Service reminds you that you Work for them, not the other way around.

lennar is not a quality home and their homes don't include many thing other subdivisions offer. Like a laundry room sink, phone jacks, window sills, real tile baths and showers..they don't even give you knobs on the cabinets. Lennar has promised us a luck on the front door for over 4 months with excuse after excuse. Half my plugs on one wall don't function. I can go one but my time is more valuable then their homes are.

Lennar only lets you buy solar from Sunnova and my solar has not been activated in the last 6 months I’ve lived here. I’ve already bought this solar and I also pay my bills to PG&E. On top of that the homes are terrible quality; everything is falling apart. All my bathroom toilet holders and towel holders have completely fallen off. My dishwasher is yet to work. The wood floor is PEELING off. If you are looking to buy these homes I will tell you right now it’s not worth the money. The garage, front doors and inside doors are completely broken.

Our guy Jeremy was very helpful. Very nice young guy. He was so helpful that we started paperwork to purchase a new home. No pressure just a straight shooter. I recommend you check out the area.
