First visit here to turn up our utilities. We were warmly greeted at the front desk, seated and quickly taken to a counter. Leslie Ward was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. She took time to answer all of our questions. Much appreciate great customer service!!

I'm appalled at what leesburg has become recycle truck dropped our recycle can in there truck and wants us to pay 10.00 a month for a new one?!? Then the police department we can't make a review they have turned posting off and I'm trying to wrap my head around how in a school zone the lights aren't flashing yet the sign says 15mph when flashing and you get a ticket for doing the speed limit when the light is off. They say there trying to keep our children safe yet my neighbor home alone with her toddler
calls the police about gunfire coming from the street behind us into our backyards believing a few hit the house on the other side of her and 1 cop drives through the neighborhood never checks on her and her daughter then we hear nothing else too much crime around here and it's getting worse we will be moving and my neighbor is so frightened she is moving at the end of the month we lived in leesburg 2 years ago and loved it and wanted to come back sadly now it's so different

They don’t even deserve one star!!!!!I have lived in the city of Leesburg for over 10 years anytime that I was not able to make the full payment they have always worked with me until today!!!!I spoke with the supervisor she said that they do not give warnings for turning off peoples power when I was $4 short from March you are allowed to be short $25 I guess once a year which I just found that out today!! City of Leesburg must be desperate for money for them to turn my electricity off for $4!! The supervisor basically said we do not give warnings when we turn peoples power off I’ve been gone since early this morning I had animals inside with no electricity They were panting when I got home because it was so hot in my house my stuff in the freezer melted fridge is not cold!!!!!! I had to pay $25 for them to turn the power back on before the end of business day but for $50 they would turn it on immediately I don’t understand why city of Leesburg is so desperate for money and does not give people warning just for $4!!!!🤬😡🤯😡🤯😿🐶😡

I went here to get my electric turned on. The front receptionist helped me as promptly as she could and gave clear and concise instructions where to go to wait. I did not wait long at all. I didn't even had the form completed and I was being helped. The woman who processed my application was very efficient and had a warm demeanor as well. I would have rated 5 if there hadn't been used toilet paper on the bathroom floor.
