Cute little City Hall filled with competent people. One of my favorite cities to visit as I live close and it is beautiful here. Definitely needs an exterior cleaning. I’m sure that’s a seasonal need.

This review is 2 MONTHS-overdue and I told myself if it still irked me this much to just leave my review so I will do just that.

I parked on the beach, paid, and was behind another car and got a ticket for parking in a non valid spot. Ok cool that’s fine I’m not going to argue on that. I work more then one job and by the time I got this piece of mail notification it was already past the 30 days mark. KEEP THAT IN MIND Bc once your ticket goes xyz days past they add an additional fee on top basically now making you pay double. Because I had waited so long to dispute that ANOTHER fee was placed on top. I was also trying to dispute the bill down because whoever wrote the ticket is apparently COLOR blind and put brown.

My car is 100000% purple/burgundy it’s clear as day brown from burgundy. Then this little girl on the phone I point that out and she goes “hmmmm I don’t know about brown but it looks red to me” ........That phone call. Sheeesh.

That Lady answering can really need some customer service. the Madam I was on the phone with was not the nicest. Very unprofessional and rude. She also kept trying to mute the phone because get this her manager Leroy kept whispering to her what to say?!.

Until I finally called it out on him that I can hear him WHISPERING and why in the world is a grown adult who is listening to the conversation wouldn’t introduce himself ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER but ok Mr. Leroy.

I already paid my Bill /Ticket in April. It’s June and I still see the problem with what happened. No one apologized for how they acted they just kept it as tight lipped. I wish the Adults who worked here acted with compassion and handled the situation better. There was no need for any side whispers when the other person on the phone can hear everything. Learn to maybe mute the phone and don’t talk about anyone on the phone until the call ends. But that’s just me.

Wish this place luck . AVOID AT ALL TIMES. This was my first and will forever be my only experience with this Town Hall.

Confusing permitting process and disregard for contractor's time. That's how I can summarize my experience so far. The more difficult you make it to conduct business in your Town, the less contractors will be motivated to work there and the more your residents are going to pay for services.

Rude and Unwelcoming! I came by to get some information about the area during my overnight layover. I went to the women's bathroom to change my shirt and the lady from the front desk opened the door(I was completely dressed) and jumped like she caught Freddy AND Jason in the bathroom sharpening their weapons. Instead of apologizing, she literally shouted at me "LOCK THE DOOR NEXT TIME!". I was more shocked by her response and I opened the door to check if she was okay to which she angrily said "there is a lock!!". I don't know how at 5'2 and 135 lbs I could warrant such a response but the lady at the front desk needs to learn some manners and calm down.

Great place to have a beach experience. Decent crowd and a lot of places to eat around the corner. Best part is there is parking right behind the beach, so don't have to walk a lot.
