I was so pleased to find an engraving store in my town that offered professional and affordable work. I needed a brass plate engraved for my father's urn box. Kelly was so kind and compassionate - she measured and provided a proof on-the-spot for me. Then the installed it to make sure it fit properly. What a great experience. I have had the pleasure of getting several things from this wonderful couple for my sons college graduation, for a memory vase, my mother in laws urn for her celebration of life. and leather engraved port folio and matching accessories ....everything was done to perfection, cost was awesome and they are down to earth great people. Kelly was friendly & patient, making sure the memorial plaque for our lost family member was exactly the way we liked it. She offered to allow me in the back, to proof the design/font before she made it. Even engraved/polished it immediately after approval, so we could leave with our purchase right away! Such a wonderful shop with the absolute best in customer service & satisfaction! Would absolutely recommend!

The guy that runs this shop is fantastic. Got a dog from the Verde Valley humane society, and in the packet was a voucher for a free Lazer etched dog tag. He made it on the spot, and was very pleasant. Anybody that loves dogs like he does gets my business.

We needed brick pavers engraved and called several different places around the Verde Valley and Flagstaff. Trophies Unlimited asked for a sample of the brick and spent their time to try several different techniques until they found one that worked! The bricks look great and we will certainly keep these folks in our contacts for the next time we need any type of engraving work done.
