Scheduled a time, provided payment, was reassured the service was completed. The service was not completed. If you hire this company be sure to double check all of their work. Tank was scheduled to have been emptied in June 2024. Took the photos today Aug 2024. Only two people live at the house..

Worst experience ive ever had with a contractor no coordination with the digging crew and no customer service at all do not do business with this company instead use James Lanik

Great company, we highly recommend them. If you are a novice as we were about permitting and installing our manufactured home, do yourself a favor and let Lanik do it for you!!!
