The doc is great, some of the office staff/referrals can't seem to manage a typewriter. How can these people not send a fax, receive a fax or for that matter call my PCP at the number they were given. They didn't even fax the number I gave them? Don't bother with their app, all the pre appointment information you put in they can't find when you're u turn up and will ask you to hand write it like it's 1994?

It's taken over a year for blood work, 5 months since my initial appointment and you'll wait a minimum of an hour plus in the waiting room for your appointment even if your on time. You'll wait some more in an exam room where you'll be delighted to know you can hear EVERY word that's being said in the exam room next to yous. I can clearly hear two separate patient encounters while waiting.

There are better run more efficient specialists offices in Orlando. It's worth the drive to avoid the frustration.

Went to the lab for blood work at this facility with my wife in great happy spirits. Met with the really super nice receptionist being naturally polite as I have always been to anyone I'm in contact with. Made it clear to please have my wife go first since she had been fasting for 14 hours and me for only 8. The idea was that my wife could have a snack that she brought with her while she waited for me after having her blood tested. The receptionist understood and said no problem. The lab tech came out and called me first. I simply said "oh you were supposed to take my wife first". (There was nobody else anywhere to be seen in the waiting room just me and my wife.) She gave me the who gives a s*** attitude and said, (like she's my manager,) I have to go first. My wife, who has trouble with English, said "it's okay you go first." So I went first and tried nicely to explain why I wanted my wife to go first and she did everything within her amazing attitude to ignore me and dismiss me as just an annoyance. I laughed it off, and I managed to ask her if it would be ok if I accompanied my wife during her turn because she does not speak English very well. She said ok. When it was my wife's turn the second lab tech, with her very own, award winning, special caring attitude, told me I could not accompany my wife to help with her English and then was also told by this same high level peoples skilled expert that "she'll be fine." As if she knows anything about how my wife felt about it. I said "whatever" held my emotion and sat down just waiting to post this stellar review. When my wife was finished she accidentally left the door open a little when she left and I went and closed it. Miss happy tech opens the door and asks me if I want something. I said "no, why, do you want something?" At which time she sarcastically said "have a nice day." That was now impossible after dealing with these two morons with absolutely no communication skills among the two of them.
I feel it's only fair to mention that my doctors, and all the other staff at this location are absolutely amazing and this was a one-time experience that just burned me up. My recommendation, just avoid this lab! The Incident occurred Monday around 1:00 p.m. February 17th so you know who these two superstars were in case they get nominated for any Grammy awards for their wonderful performances as how to treat people who are trusting them to handle their lab work. Terrible administration, good doctors, pure chaos.

Waited over an hour for an early morning (9:30) appointment. Very cold waiting room with restroom out of service. Long line to check in, asking to scan driver license and insurance cards although I told them nothing changed (needles due to mismanagement). They handed us new forms to fill out 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Then they moved all of us who were waiting to a different building because a water line broke. I'm sure if Aegis reads this, they will blame all the problems on the water line, but this is typical for them. We will be finding a new doctor soon!

I waited patiently almost 4 months to the day for my appointment. For a reminder call about it on Friday. Made the drive over an hour to get there. Filled out the paperwork they requested to have then wait just over 75 minutes for the Dr to say it will be moment and someone will come get me. That someone was named Jill who was rude, didn’t listen or care, raised her voice, and then waddled to the receptionist and told her to get rid of me she was going to deal with this. Then Jill ran to the back and left the receptionist to figure out that the company made a mistake. And yes I have emails confirming they received everything they needed they just simply didn’t care.

Horrible, have been waiting for two weeks for a simple referral for an xray. The referral dept needs a clean up they keep sending me to an office that no longer exists and they keep refusing to send me to where I usually go.
What ever happened to doctors that have their own private practice. Never see the “Doctor “ just a PA.. over it. Been in pain for over a month and no results.. calling my insurance and changing Doctors

DR CHEEMA IS A GREAT DOCTOR. HOWEVER, THE STAFF THAT HANDLES APPOINTMENTS AND REFERRALS ARE THE MOST USELESS PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET IN A PRACTICE. TODAY, I ARRIVED FOR MY 6 MONTH APPOINTMENT, AFTER HAVING CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT AND FILLED OUT PAPERWORK 2 DAYS PRIOR, I ARRIVE TO BE TOLD THE DOCTOR IS ON VACATION AND WONT BE BACK UNTIL SEPTEMBER! NO ONE CALLED OR TEXTED ME THAT THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT. LOST A DAYS PAY ANDXALL I GOT FROM THE OFFICECMANAGER WAS " NOT OUR JOB TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT"

MY Doctor Nicole Cardiello is awesome. She listens 1st, then goes right to it. If it's a specialist, or whatever is needed. I'm confident that I will be treated quickly by a professional who won't waste my time or money. As a grandfather raising 2 younger boys, with a 100%disabled wife. That's important! Her bedside manners are fantastic without sugar coating anything. I respect that the most. I highly recommend her, but don't want to share her either if that means I lose her as my doctor lol.
