LaVonda, I can’t thank you enough for all your help with the approval , paperwork and all the info about living in Lakeside Village. As you know this was extremely stressful from a far…You are absolutely amazing ….so knowledgeable, professional with a great sense of humor! There were times when I wanted to cry and you sensed that and were able to make me laugh! You are not only the go to gal you’re the glue that holds things together and a good friend to me as well….. so again my friend thank you for making this long distance move an easy transition! The best part of this beautiful community is the amazing lake right in our back yard. Everyone can enjoy the spectacular view and has access to the docks and boat launch areas. We just never get tired of the peacefulness.

Bought a place here, and gave this place 4 stars, we liked it that much, but I have to remove 2 stars because of difficulties with management and maintenance issues. When you see more stars, you will know things have improved.

I moved in mid September and I really enjoy living here. The office staff, Nancy and Lavonda are great to work with and very helpful.
All the neighbors are very nice And this is a great place to live. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I bought our place back in June,we love it here.
We are a stones throw from the lake Nancy and lavonda are top notch made us feel welcome from the first time in the office,neighbors are all nice area is peaceful and quiet.
Maintenance is always on the job keeping neighborhoods in check.
Very comfortable and safe here don't hesitate moving here.
