When I first started employment there in Oct 2023 I really liked it. They were pleased with my partner/trainers work detail and production with the airport runway light fixtures. We kept up quota. Our department had two other workers Mike and Billy who did rework and packaging. Barbara as supervisor who is not there on Thursdays and Fridays pertaining her disabilities hours to work. On her off days Mike was in charge. kept things right and tight. We as a team did very well until Mike got busted and Billy went to jail. My partner became in charge when Barb was not there. He did a lot..a whole lot. All I did was general rework and packing. He did paperwork, moved pallets, kept it going right. He went permoted to the warehouse and it all went to shit for me. I was expected to do it all on my own, know it all on my own, and be fast with doing it on my own. I found out right then how disliked I was. They made me feel completely useless.
