Truck camper friendly! Let me start with that since so many places don’t care for them. This place is great. I got a callback very shortly after I left a message. Easy and smooth booking process. Staff is friendly, helpful and I was guided to my site which took the hassle out of finding it myself since I was in a new place. Site had full hookups and everything worked well. Lots of friendly folks around. I will be coming back to stay when I’m around the area. If you have questions, just call and ask and you’ll get a response. Office hours are 9am-4pm. They have frozen ice cream so 5 stars!

NOT WORTH IT! This is my second time coming and won’t be back and won’t recommend this place anymore. If you have absolutely no standards then this place is perfect for you. Right when I was about to go to bed I noticed a stain on the comforter and smelled it. IT WAS PISS ON THE BED !!! WHATS CRAZY IS THAT THE CLEANING LADY HAD THE AUDACITY TO MAKE THE BED WITH USED SHEETS. You have a 50/50 chance for having your room dirty. The floors wasn’t mopped (underneath my feet where black) the only reason why I’m putting this bad review is because they have absolutely no desire to make their guest return or even make it right. When I called their emergency phone number and explained what happened (her response was ā€œwell the cleaning lady isn’t coming until morning) when I expressed my frustration and telling her that this is an emergency because I have no comforters, sheets, and pillow cases to sleep on. That’s when she rudely start saying ā€œare you going to listen to me or notā€ā€¦. Not right away did she say ā€œokay we will bring you comfortersā€ instead she waited until I was in pure frustration for her to be ā€œokay we will bring you the sheetsā€ when the maintenance guy arrived … he tried to open my cabin door and then he knocked…. Rudely said ā€œI need to see what you are talking aboutā€ automatically making think they didn’t trust what I was saying..he was looking through the sheet to see if they find the piss stain….. it was gross to see him touch this blanket and contaminate himself….i had to find it for him…. Then he apologized…… what makes the cherry on top was I turned in the key in the morning and I got the most insincere apology…. And making me think they are going to take the matter seriously…. A discount would’ve been nice… I’m a disabled woman and had to deal with the unnecessary stress… all I got was ā€œI’m sorryā€ā€¦. They obviously need the money more than a 5 star and return guest…. I’m going to spill the beans…. THEY HAVE A CODE FOR THE BATHROOMS/SHOWER AND ITS THE SAME CODE FOR THE WOMEN AND MEN BATHROOMS!!!! THE SAME KEY FOR THE CABINS IS THE SAME KEY TO THE CABIN BATHROOMS!!! Major red flag!!!! Too much trust isn’t my cup of tea. The only good thing about this place is the activities that are included. The price isn’t worth my safety and comfort. Rent this place on your own risk.

Not a campground. Not family friendly. This is a wanna-be retirement community with worse than HOA rules with busted up school busses and old campers with tarps over them. If I could leave zero stars I would. BTW, NOBODY has the right to yell at children that aren't yours. Shame on anyone running this crappy place!

We liked this RV park so much that we made reservations to winter here. Very nice and clean. The staff are all very friendly. My only grip is that they are a 55+ park. If would be nice if all 55+ RV parks would have shown on their websites or when searching. This was one of 5 parks that I went to that where 55+, which wouldn't be a big deal except I had my 8 year old granddaughter with me. One big plus for Lake Pan is that since Olivia would only be with me less than a week the park let us stay

Staff is very friendly. We had booked a reservation for camping. We always try to stay a place that allows tents in case we need a back up. The night before our arrival one of our Camper's systems broke making it unusable. It was too late to cancel but that was not a big deal because they have tent camping so we packed up the tents when we arrived the sign out front also said tent camping. We went to check in and found out that even though they advertise it on their website and their sign they do not have tent camping. And of course because we did not cancel in a timely manner we lost our money anyways. I had to console crying kids who were looking forward to I have no problem if they don't want tents but if we would have known we would have booked somewhere else.

Camped with our RV for 2 months and loved it. The pool is awesome and so clean. The bathrooms and showers are done daily. The office staff and other are so nice. Prices are good. Activities are fun. Would like to see more for the guys. Horseshoes etc. Going back for 4 days at the end of Jan on our way to Dade City. Unfortunately they have gone to 6/12 like most. Coming from šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦ we only come for a couple of months.

Nice and helpful staff. Pool looks nice. Mostly full-timers. Some sites are nice and well kept. The people who live here are very friendly. Some sites are terribly junky. The pull through sites for overnighters are between some of the junkiest sites. If they would enforce some basic site tidying rules it would be great for overnighters

Strictly adult only apparently. Probably should update campground policies.
