Didn’t have a pleasant buying experience whatsoever. What compounded things was the punch list not being completed and home was left filthy from construction prior to us moving in. We arrived with movers only to realize the house wasn’t technically ready as previous committed to in writing. Reached out multiple times to get issues resolved and replies were hit or miss. This made for an even more stressful out of state move. Personally, if I could redo anything it would be to use a realtor completely unaffiliated with Laguna Haven. Maybe then, you’d have someone really advocating for you as the buyer.

Now that we’re settled and took care of several things on our own we’ve finally been able to enjoy the home. Prime location and wishing we could live in there area full time.
