I’ve been a repeat customer since 2004. While I’ve never met the owner(s), this company and Richard Lage are legends in the Mac community. They have done so much to make our investments function at inconceivable performance levels, shame on anyone who does anything but be grateful for what they’ve brought to our past time. At this point I’ve had a dozen + individual transactions with them for parts and uppers. Every one of them flawless. How many businesses can anyone say that about, over a 20 year period?

I purchased a $1000 9mm upper for my Mac10 and 3 mags in parts fall out of the bolt. I sent it in for warranty work and they send it back with the flash hider torqued so tight that I round the barrel nut trying to remove it. I call Lage and their response is to put my new $1000 aluminum upper in the oven? Of course I get heated, they have me send it in and replace the barrel and send it back without a flash hider. I’m happy… now time to wait for my 10/15 upper, I email last September requesting an update and nothing. I call today 2 months shy of 2 years waiting and I find out they took me off the list and refuse to sell me an upper because I hurt the customer service girls feelings? Seriously? I’m trying to spend another $3000+ with your company and you act like this? Very unprofessional.

I ordered a thumb mag release kit for my M10. Not only did it not work the parts were poorly made. When compared to my original parts the replacement parts were tapered and not straight, showing the parts were not machined square also hole for spring location was off center etc…. I sent the kit I ordered back 2-3wks ago alone with 2 videos showing my issue via email, have called twice and still no closer to a solution. This led to a lack of confidence in their quality and customer service, so I just emailed a request for a refund and a cancellation for my place in line for the $3,000 5.56 upper for the M10. The only thing I can say good about this company is the girl answering the phone was very kind. Would not recommend this company or order anything from them again. Wasted my time and very disappointed as a customer.
