My company has over 50 of their sentry units in my market alone and the constantly need service (check valves, chemical line, spray nozzles o-ring ect ) It's almost impossible to get ahold of their sales department to order parts. I only post this to bring it to their attention because their lack of accessibility to their consumer is very poor and directly affects my ability to do my job and directly affects my customers. I have been given the option to use an email order system but it draws the part ordering process out much longer than just speaking with someone and to be honest I don't trust it. Better communication with your consumers and end users would easily turn this 1 star to a 5 star.

I purchased a Compact Spray-All 20B hose end sprayer from this company on Amazon for over $100. That may sound like a lot of money to you for a hose sprayer, and it is.

Upon my second use of the product, a plastic piece failed which makes the unit 'basically' useless. I emailed customer support asking to be sent a replacement part which looks like it costs about $1 to make and they declined, first quoting me "about $15" and then changing to $7.66. I paid a premium for what I thought was a premium product that would last for years.

Cheap hose sprayers can be had for $10-15 and have lasted me much longer, so I declined and am noting their bad customer service. I would not recommend Lafferty Equipment or Blue Mule Professional Cleaning products.

I have been repeatedly impressed with this company. They are very friendly and have very fast service from all the aspects I have seen. There equipment is very professional and always does an outstanding job. Also, with all considered, and the current pandemic, it isn't too much to say that they're contributing in a large way to saving the world right now.
