We just returned from a few days here and I can say without a doubt we will be back. Marilyn at the front desk was the sweetest and took good care if us. Breakfast was good and the Ceasar salad at the pool bar was great. Marlon at the activities hut set us up with bikes and a golf experience. It was nice that there was a shuttle to take us around town and a water taxi to take us to their sister hotels. Rooms are a little dated and the bathroom was tiny but the view from our room was amazing.

Our reception by Marilyn was pleasant and informative. Followed by her teammate, Clark, with a seamless transition, we felt welcomed. We felt as we were the only ones there in February! It was quite peaceful and enjoyable.
The resort grounds were lush and well kept! We visited the sister resort by water on the "guests only" FREE water shuttle on the Rum Runner! Don't miss this boat ride on the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean! Thanks for having us, we will return! 2/2025

The whole resort experience wasn’t up to even par. We’ve stayed at their sister locations and had a wonderful experience. Having such a beautiful location, they’re missing the mark. They need a small bar and grill on the premises. They did shuttle us to other locations, but a true resort experience has at least some kind of a Tiki bar. They put us on the 2nd floor with no elevator, and we’re in our mid 70’s, a big hassle. The room was okay, but the wow factor was missing. We would never stay there again, there’s definitely far superior places in the area.

This place was amazing. We had a beachfront bungalow and saw beautiful sunrises each morning. The resort offers an on-demand shuttle service within about a 6-mile area, so we could enjoy drinks with lunch/dinner & not have to drive. They were super expedient. Also offers a free boat shuttle to their sister properties. Kayak, bike & paddle board rentals were included in your resort fee. Beach was groomed each morning. I highly recommend this place.

We recently stayed at La Siesta Resort in one of the beach cottages with our two kids, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The private beach access was a huge plus—quiet, peaceful, and perfect for exploring. In the mornings, we had so much fun catching hermit crabs in the shallow water, which was a highlight for the kids. Another great perk was the water taxi to the sister resorts, which made for a fun little adventure. The pool was also very nice and provided a great way to cool off after a day in the sun.

That said, the cottage itself left something to be desired. It was definitely outdated, with peeling paint on the cabinets and an overall worn-down feel. It didn’t feel as clean as I would have liked, which gave me the heebie-jeebies, but I suppose that’s part of the charm (or downside) of staying right on the beach. We stayed in the yellow cottage, which is the only one without a sliding glass door—something I’d recommend avoiding if you like the option of opening up to the fresh air.

Despite the room’s condition, the experience of staying right on the beach and the fun amenities made our trip memorable. I’d definitely consider returning, but I’d request a different cottage next time!

The place was awesome- from the location, to the staff, to the overall vibe. Couldnt have asked for a better vacation. Close to everything, shuttle was key, and the beach, the scenery and the weather were the perfect escape from the cold. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bath guest house and it had everything we needed and then some, was extremely clean and newly rennovated. That fact that it had a yard for our dogs to enjoy was the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Located right on the ocean with its own private beach this is a great hotel halfway down the Keys.||We were treated to an ocean view upgrade which was fabulous. The room was well appointed (self-contained studio style) and there is free parking near all the properties.||Watersports are included, with kayaks, paddle boards and snorkelling - I took a kayak out a couple of times and had a close encounter with a fair size nurse shark!||It also has a few decent restaurants nearby too, we opted for Papa Joe’s Waterfront to enjoy sunset, which is a two minute drive.||Highly recommended

This place was unreal! When you stay here you get access to three different resorts. They all have something different to offer and are all accommodating! The food was amazing and the staff was so understanding and wonderful. We will definitely be coming back!
