This was my third time here and the customer service from the guy behind the counter and the cashier was completely rude. When I was about to check out the cashier confirmed with the meat guy about which things I got and I told her all I got was 2 different meats. When I told them that the guy barely realized he was about to give me someone else’s order. They both didn’t apologize and had this smirk on their face. The quality of the meat here is hit or miss but the customer service here sucks, thanks but no thanks. I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

This is a great meat market for the custom cuts you may need for the holidays or a special family event, bbq, gathering. We also like to see in person what's on display to try something different.

Edit: Stopped back in today and again, only ribeyes. Went the the Walmart across the street for a better selection of meat than a literal butcher. So sad

Unfortunately this location has gone steeply downhill since opening. Gone is the huge varied selection of high quality steaks and its been replaced by a mid grocery store selection. For the last 6 months the only cut of steak they've had is ribeye. How are you a butcher shop but only ever have ribeyes. Literally stater bros has a better selection now. Extremely disappointing you're 10xs better off going to costco now

The first thing that struck me when I walked in was how clean it is. The second thing was the friendly and helpful staff. The carne asada, el pastor and marinated chicken are all better than any other meat vendor we have been to. They are a little more pricey, but you will taste the difference.
