Even though the store seemed great because it was on the cleaner side and well organized, my experience agrees with the reviews from a while ago that say they got upcharged. I didn't receive a receipt so i asked how much my few items were, verbally. The prices on the items I bought that had explicit price stickers were the same. The rest was produce by weight and more expensive than I thought.... You can't see a scale at the register so I took their word for how much it cost because I wasn't trying to cause a scene or argue. I weighed the produce myself afterwards and they definitely charged me twice as much for the produce than what the signs said. Never going there again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Cashier seemed nice but then charged me twice for my $3 avocado. Was this an accident? Possibly, but I don’t think so because they were rang in at different times and there was nothing distracting him. Also the second one was rang in when I was grabbing something else so I’m quite sure it was intentional and he didn’t think I’d ever look at the receipt and match it up to everything (~10 items) I bought.

Go up a block to Mi Terra, better prices, selection, and honest staff who do not rip you off.

I buy here cause I like the produce, but this cashier has nasty attitude, but besides that IS she was stealing for me. .10 cents add up. I paid calfresh- foodstamps. Were in a pandemic and in SF you are not charged for bags. I can imagine every customer and we went back and forth it wasn't the .10 cents it's her lies and NOT wanting to give me my receipt. This was the third time. The second one was $3 more , but I thought oh its a mistake 😕no she does this often. Its the heavy weight Latina that speaks English.

It's a nice little corner market store mom and pop store good business to do business with for household supplies or meal preparations fresh produce if you get a chance stop by
