Big Lou Blue Cobra is the worst guitar I've owned out of roughly 25 over the years, customer service was atrocious and non-existant. They made it crystal clear that they could care less about me as a customer and the quality of the products they manufacture. They should charge a bit more and produce an actual instrument, not a toy. I wrote long in depth reviews twice but they won't show up on google reviews, so make your own decision. Look at this picture, the low E string is too close to the top of the fret board and slips off and the high E string is too far up. That is only one of several problems, I was close to remedying the rest because they wouldn't, but now I realize it's a lost cause and this is only good for torching/destroying and sacrificing to the guitar Gods. Wish I could explain in detail how I almost destroyed the neck trying to get the truss rod to turn to adjust the un-playable neck, what a train wreck of an axe.
