Always fast loading here. Easy doors. Drivers have to be out of the truck to load. Nice bench for waiting inside.

The guy in the shipping office is very rude.
They won't allow you to clean your trailer from their yard after unloading. I parked close to the dumpster to sweep. The guy from the shipping office came and said, "You can't sweep your trailer here. You should go to the truck stop to do that.

The most obnoxious set of rules for truckers.
Have some decency to show humanity. If your worried about driver pulling out get a set of airlocks. Or better yet just ask for keys, you guys rely on us just as much as your customers rely on you…

Will make you wait for checking in as long as they want, first in line gets a dock. once checked in, you’ll do the usual fill in blanks including your cell# which would make sense if you just fill in the pu info and go back to your truck and wait for a call but that’s not the case, here you must stay in line just in case a dock is free. As soon as this happens you’ll get a dock and be mandated to stay out of your truck around the check in area. And do not park in front near the check in area or they’ll make you move and you’ll lose your place in line and end up at the end (Thats mainly our fault for not having courteous or sense of righteousness, unless its for opening or holding door open at truck stop entrance ?)

Make sure when you get there you park past the 4 docks on your right when pulling into the parking lot. Getting loaded was pretty quick. I did notice the guy checking drivers in was kinda rude to other divers coming in. It would help if they post signs for drivers to where they need to park. Because the guy you check in with is having to come out and tell drivers where to park.

They could care less about drivers! Waited over 2 hours in 90 degree weather outside to get checked in cause you lose your place in line otherwise , then they make u wait outside your truck to get loaded as well!! Avoid if at all possible! I will never be back!

The guy in the shipping office is very rude and no polite and talk trash to driver in this yard you stay out of your truck so prepare to get more than 3 jackets snow time
