Very poor customer service. They never answer the phone and took days to return my calls. I purchased a sending unit for our boat but after I received it I found out that it was not linear. So basically it told me when my tank was full and empty but everything in between was worthless. These sending units are made for an odd shaped tank and if your tank isn't that odd shape it won't give you good readings. I tried to return within the 30 days but since I put it in my tank they would not take it back. Waste of money.

Found the staff very helpful over years. Last round worked direct with Johanna who was great to communicate with and got my part sent out same day! Remember they have a retail and wholesale workflow so if you wanted a custom or quantity order and leave a message for that department you may have a longer wait for a response. "0" gets operator and retail was my experience.

We have an issue with our fuel SSL-16 fuel sensor. Tried to contact the company via email - no reply. Followed-up a few times. Disappointing, but we will need to find different replacement solution. We need companies who provide good support for their products (via email, because we are cruising in the Bahamas right now).

I had placed an order on a Friday and selected 2 day express shipping. $19 shipping on a $6 part!! The following Thursday, I have not received the part. I call KUS USA and speak with the person in customer service. She sees the order, but is unsure what is going on and tells me she will call me right back. Over an hour later of waiting, I call back. I was told the order was overlooked and never processed or shipped. She tells me they will ship it that day and ship it overnight. About an hour later, I receive a call from the same customer service person telling me they won’t be shipping the part I ordered because they are out of stock and won’t be receiving more stock for about a month and a half. Their website still shows it is “In Stock” just like it did when the order was placed. Needless to say, shop somewhere else and save yourself the headaches! This company has no idea how to run a business!

This place was amazing couple years ago, Tatiana was a nice person and always help me whit a nice face and she never make a mistake, now they don’t pick the calls, I leave mail voices, emails and wow is a pain in the .... the products are amazing!!! But they need a better customer service!

They make the best fluid or fuel senders in the world. Low cost, they will teach you what you need to know if you're not getting something too. Recommended old name is WEMA USA, same quality etc.

I can honestly say back when this company started in fort Lauderdale, it was called wema USA. Service was great anytime.
