Called Kubota needing a belt for a zero turn and it was already near 5 pm and they were ready to close. I asked if they could stay open to give me time to get to the mower so I could get the correct serial number for the deck. They stayed on the phone with me, charge it to credit and left it outside in a bag for me and that to me is great customer service.
