What an AWESOME company to deal with. Our sprinkler timer stopped working and after contacting your company (Mike) and explaining our situation and when we had bought the bad one, he immediately said he would send a new one under their warranty.
He trusted us as to when we bought the last one and we did not have to prove this through paperwork. How wonderful to know that there are still such honest companies around. God bless you all for this wonderful customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 out of 8 9V solenoids made it past a month working. Then you call customer service and the just say to manually use a 9v battery to move the solenoids. Which if that worked for any length of time I wouldn’t have a problem with it. But you still have to do that every time. Why even have a sprinkler controller if I have to be on my knees moving these manually? And they’re 19 bucks each for replacements.

Time to go back to the drawing board on this design. That solenoid ram should not be able to shift side to side in the up position. It gets stuck. Also the sent signal should last longer. Or maybe a better manual operation . Something other than disconnecting the circuit. I just wish I could get my money and time back. Such a waste.

I was contacted and they have replaced all solenoids. I’ll try them out next spring and let you all know how it goes..

I bought a series 2100 sprinkler timer, and soon after the plastic switch knob for turning it "On Off Auto" broke.......contacted company and they replaced it promptly. However the tiny plastic pin on the handle is too fragile...They deed to redesign that switch handle.

I have brought a k rain sprinkler head at the home depot after nite days some off them went bad and home depot is refused to refunded my warranty and I make one phone call to the company not only I received the warranty from them their send it to my address that's very good customer service.
