We purchased our Kraftmaid cabinets from Lowes and are very satisfied with them. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because we ordered one glass cabinet door that was the seeded look. The door looked like a regular glass door and you had to look very hard to see the "seeded" effect. Other than that we love the cabinets and the new look of our kitchen. Our sales rep (Scott)? at Lowes was very good at laying out our vision on paper and ordering. They were delivered on time with no damage and no missing pieces. Hopefully they will last a very long time. I will post a few before and after pics...

Ordered through Home Depot, they represented your product well. We shopped 3 other manufacturers and finally picked Kraft Maid. This was our first kitchen remodel and when they arrived on time we were very excited. A good friend from worked helped with the install and remarked how nice the cabinets were build and finished. We plan to retire in this home so quality was important and we feel these Kraft Maid hit the mark.

I STRONGLY ADVISE against purchasing KraftMaid cabinets, particularly through Home Depot. Please be extremely cautious and read the terms of purchase carefully.

We spent over $20,000 on a full KraftMaid kitchen, including a $2,700 message center cabinet. Due to scheduling, our installer didn’t unbox everything immediately. When the message center was finally opened, it was clear the cabinet had multiple manufacturing defects: glue peeling from the back, overspray on the doors, and poorly patched dents covered with filler and touch-up paint on the face frames. These issues were not caused by shipping; these were shipped like this from the factory.

When we reported this to our Home Depot sales rep, they pointed to a 30-day post-pickup window and refused to offer any replacement or solution. KraftMaid’s own warranty claims to cover workmanship defects for the lifetime of the product, yet 40+ days later, both Home Depot and Kraftmaid told us we were out of luck.

Bottom line: if you’re investing in high-end cabinetry, think twice before trusting KraftMaid—or Home Depot’s handling of defects and warranties.

GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Had kraftmaid kitchen installed through Home depot. Had life time warranty but they don't want to replace their garbage said they were damaged. Um NO Karen that damage came when the door fell off and hit my husband in the head. These doors are splitting from the finish nail holes and that IS a manufacturer problem so good luck!

chose KM, really wanted green cabinets. I absolutely love the quality, design and color. I had 2 small issues: delivery was a week late and I had 1 warped door but they shipped a new one asap. Very Pleased! 😊

My wife and I decided that our decades old kitchen was badly in need of an update. We needed more counter space and more storage. We looked at various do it yourself options and decided to go with the Kraftmaid Cabinets. The quality and options available are amazing. We worked with Bryan McBride and he made sure our project would be a success. He verified our measurements, discussed our design ideas and helped us find the right designer. We’re so happy with the results. One of my siblings recently had custom cabinets installed in their kitchen and although they’re very pretty, the doors close noisily and the storage options are no where near what we have with our Kraftmaid.

AMAZING! That’s an understatement to not only the look of our cabinets but to Bryan McBride who went ABOVE and BEYOND for us! My wife and I took on a complete renovation of our kitchen. While shopping for cabinets we came across KraftMaid. We went with the Shaker Style in Dove White. We could not be any more happier with the results! The centerpiece of the kitchen is the vent hood which brings the whole kitchen together! The soft close drawers and the special design of the cabinet feet under the drop in stove bring such an elegant look and feel to our kitchen! Bryan even sent us extra touch up paint to have down the road for any incidents. Not only was the quality great but so was the price! I would highly recommend KraftMaid and Bryan with his superb customer service skills for all your future renovations!

As a kitchen designer for over 19 years for Home Depot I have consistently sold KraftMaid products due to my belief in the quality of their products. They are made in the USA and offer many options to complete any project in your home.
I purchased my own KraftMaid kitchen cabinets in December of 2020 and love my kitchen. I will continue to recommend KraftMaid cabinetry to anyone doing their kitchen.

I purchased the ginger maple all wood cabinets through Home Depot. They were well packaged and arrived as scheduled. The delivery team has good communication with me. There were some shipping damages which took another 3 weeks to receive. We had enough cabinets to get started. The installation was not as smooth and replacement cabinets were needed. Replacement took 3 weeks.The Home Depot changed the installers and I ended with a kitchen I love. I was grateful for the design help and the crown molding recommendations to complete the look.
