Quality service installed a new AC unit for me. They were awesome! Called and made an appointment, kept schedule, came and did the install in a timely manner. The guys are very friendly and courteous. I'm very happy that I have the KPW platinum warranty. Wouldn't want anyone else working on my home. Very satisfied!

KPW is a scam! They refused to properly repair or replace my AC unit for my 900+ Sq ft condo, leaving my tenants with an A/C system that would not cool the condo below 79 degrees during the summer, the electric bills climbing to over $250.00 per month. The A/C was running non stop! When I purchased this condo in Jan 2021, my condo inspection report stated the HVAC system should monitored because of its age, no mention of burned exposed wiring. The previous owner had KPW so I thought KPW would take care of this system, I purchased KPW to ensure my tenants would be taken care of. I was certainly wrong about that! As it turns out the Air Handler was the original 1975 when built, the compressor was from 1990's. KPW's first visit response was "It's fine, it's just hot out" They refused to repair or replace the system. Shortly after, the second visit, I was there in person to see what was really happening. The tech actually opened the system up to diagnose what was happening, the wiring had burned and was exposed posing a real hazard. The outside compressors Capacitor was wrapped with Duct Tape in a wet cardboard box, burned exposed high voltage wiring all flopping around inside the compressor housing. The tech recommended replacement, but laughingly stated "Its up the the supervisor to authorize this" Needless to say, it was refused. The previous tenant was the original owner of the condo and maintained KPW since it was new. How much money did they pay over the years? Yet KPW refused to do anything further to help. I immediately replaced the entire system for $7000.00 out of my pocket to keep my tenant safe. I refuse to spend another penny for KPW. My advice, put the KPW money in a slush fund and do it all your self and save money, KPW is a fraud!
