I traveled about 380 miles from the Eastern Sierra, one-way for the holidays with friends. It was my first time shopping in the Kohl's Colma store. Despite the busy holiday Saturday, everyone was so kind, responsive, professional—down to earth—all of the associates, security, and the associate handling returns. Excellent customer service, across the board. Thank you.

They now have self check out. Line is now confusing because leads to both self check out and regular check out.

Always great service at this Kohl's. And it has Amazon returns and orders - maybe they all do? But it's convenient. This Kohl's is located near Two Targets - one on each side of the freeway - and a Dollar Store and Serramonte Shopping Center and two more shopping areas! Makes it convenient when you are doing a lot of shopping in one day. Easy parking.

Prices are still high even when they're on sale. But the new setup is awesome with the self-checkout and pick-ups in the front.

This place should get better recognized. They have great staff greeting you at entrance. Store is spacious. Many checkouts. Always a pleasant experience visiting there. I'd hate this to be one of those store being robbed out of business.

Kohl's has changed the best services now, I will recommend people, friends & relatives shopping here. Merchandises are displaying organize easy to find, neat, and clean. More cash registers for self checkout setup. I will shopping again at 1200 El Camino, Daly City.
Shoppers come check this location, you will find things to shop especially, Disney items, etc.

I like this store. However their petite department is sorely lacking. Very difficult to find pants in my size. There doesn’t seem to ever be anyone to ask about it.
