I would give this place a -5 star if i could. I get there at 1249PM CST on Tuesday, 18 Jun 2024. They took 7 hours to load me, eating up all my time. Because of this, i was late for my two delivery appointments, first one being at 10AM EST on the 19th of June, which was 500 miles away. Because i was late for that first appointment, the receiver wont unload me till 1PM EST 20 Jun 2024, which causes me to be late for my second delivery at 7AM EST 20 June 2024. This shipper absolutely have no respect at all for drivers time clocks. Avoid coming here at all cost.

Absolutely the worst shipper I have seen. I checked in at 10:30 am for a noon appointment. After about 5hrs at 3:30pm I went into shipping office to see when it will be done and they had notified me that it was not even started yet and load times are typically up to 8 hours and had giving me option to take my trailer and leave if I wanted to. After 12hrs later still did not get loaded. Avoid this place at all costs and you will spend your whole day here if you do.

Kinda fast I got in and out with in hr there is another driver get loaded in 30 minutes got bathroom too need to drop trailer to pick or unload not much space

Horrible experience! I typically don’t leave reviews where I get loaded/unloaded but after it taking nearly 4 hours to get loaded with 46 pieces was absolutely ridiculous. Warehouse guy said I could sleep on property but after sitting there 30 minutes and about asleep the damn guard beat on my door saying I had to leave! Now that’s ridiculous! Now I’m so pissed I can’t sleep

I have picked up the load from here three times and it was pretty fast! I don't know why they have so many bad reviews. And I was loaded two hours prior my appointment?

I arrived at 1700 for an 1800 appointment. They kept saying "It's a lowes load, it'll be quick. Maybe 1-2 hours"

2 hours later, it's only 25% done. I'm not impressed. But apparently, the HD loads take way longer.

The other reviewers aren't kidding. The people here don't understand the time constraints we live by. Even when I tried to explain the load is a 12 hour drive, and I will need a 10 hour break, making the trip a 22 hour transit. They just stared at me like deer in headlights.

If you do come here. Kiss your hours goodbye.
