My problem: when performing my oil change, Jiffy Lube failed to properly reconnect my under engine cover, resulting in the cover coming loose and dragging as we drove. I was fortunate to find Knik Tire & Auto open on Saturday, and when I called they slotted me in for the same day.

The techs identified the issue, did a workaround fix so I could get moving again, and advised me on the permanent repair.

Everyone here was so very friendly and competent, and most importantly, got me quickly and safely on the road.

The price? More than fair!!!

I so much appreciate this business, and wholeheartedly endorse them. They are busy, so I recommend calling ahead to schedule your service.

This place was great. Brought my husband's truck in to get winter tires. Scheduling was simple. Tires were a great price. We even bought our summer tires and are scheduled to get a change over already. That's how great this place is. I love the lobby it's really put together nicely, and it doesn't smell of a shop. If you have any tire needs, Knik tire is the place to be.

Very proffesional and clean. I had my Volvo at another tire shop three times for balancing and each time was worse. This place not only balanced them but diagnosed the reason they weren't correctly balanced. And the price was very reasonable. I give Knik Tire 5 stars.

Called and immediately got put on hold, reasonable, but after 15 minutes on hold your line was "answered" then I got hung up on. Trying to call back, your front desk lady slammed me on hold before I could SPEAK.
I LOVE many of your employees. But customer service and professionalism involves listening to customers as much as it involves fielding the insanity of a good rush. And being put on hold a second time because yall hung up on me before I can speak is extremely infuriating.
Will change my review when this is discussed and handled at the front end level.

Jessica and Michael here are great as well as their staff. Most of the time they do stellar work but when they do get it wrong, they know what Customer Service means and getting it right. They only want you to leave happy and a happy customer is returning Customer.I will always take my vehicles to be serviced here.

Called from the road 30 minutes out. I had an issue with a piece of the skid plate flapping underneath the car. Took us in right away, identified the problem quickly, and we drove out 5 minutes later. Did not charge us a dime. Everybody was extremely friendly. Couldn't ask for better service.

We have taken our car here a lot and every time it has been fast, transparent, friendly and well priced. Overall a extremely great place to take your vehicle. Today I asked them to take a look at the rotor and brakes and they got us in quick, took no time at all to check for everything and assured us we could drive the Alcan. Took a lot of stress off of us. Can't recommend it enough.

Had a previous shop do an alignment and not tighten the lower A-arm bolts resulting in clunking. Took it to Knik T&A to have it realigned after I tightened the loose bolts. I picked it up after they were done and they only charged half-price, YAY.....NOT! They had no printout of the alignment proving they did anything or that it was within spec. My steering wheel now points a little to the left while driving straight down any road. I highly doubt they aligned it at all.
