This is a horrible place to pick up loads from, they will damage your trailer. On July 7, 2023 I had a pick up from this location, the forklift guy WHITE SKINNY TATTOO GUY pushed the insulation bags into the trailer instead properly loading procedure he pushed the insulation badges and badly damaged my trailer floor (see the pictures) because of the damages II was not able to pick up or accept other loads I had to go to a mechanic shop to repair the trailer, I paid more than what I got paid for this load!.
At the receiver I spoke to the manager and I told him hey look your guy damaged my trailer you need repair the floor for me, he explained, and said it is caused by the shipper, loading the trailer the wrong way, they push the bag inside the trailer with heavy force the badges got stacked to floor when we lifted it up the bags the floor was already damaged and some cases got damaged. It was completely out of our control. ?

Open appointment, got assigned a door right after check in. Don't come during lunch break 1:00-1:45. Guys were fast, lots of room to turn around, great experience.

All the good reviews are true. I got loaded a day ahead of my appointment, this is for live loads only, call the number on the shipping door, give them the p/u #, trailer #, and DOT#, then they’ll give you a dock#, drop trailer and park, wait for a phone call,pickup trailer, sign BOL,put it in the blue box, take your

remaining BOL and be on yo way!!

Everyone I've talked to here is friendly and helpful. Easy drop and hook and they have a sign with all the instructions at the stop sign.
I had a load to pick up during Driver Appreciation Week and they had a tent in front of the building where they were giving drivers sandwiches, water, and safety vests.

Thank you for the good sandwich.
