Two unopened, unexpired products in one week have been moldy. Once is gross, but understandable. Twice is totally ridiculous.

First was a cheese dip, second was tube of yogurt. The kiddo said he didn’t like it, but he usually does, so we squeezed it into a bowl and found chunks of mold. (Black stuff in photo).

Shipping and receiving is a little tight, especially with cars in the way but it’s doable. Staff is on the ball and friendly. Make sure you take the gate that passes the front of the business and pull all the way around.

I am sorry, but these products are based largely on coconut oil, which is very unhealthy for your liver and blood levels of bad cholesterol. Read the medical literature or just review internet srticles on hazards of consuming coconut (and palm) oil. I write this with due respect to the nice people who are promoting Kite hill products, like their yogurt ad plant bases butter, as being healthy alternatives, perhaps because they are non-dairy, vegan or organic. By the way, try calling the company in Hayward. Customer service and marketing lines are now disconnected.

Excellent flavor, very poor quality control. These are two different packages, from different batches, dates and stores.

Kite hill has some of the best non-dairy items ever. I love their sour cream and cream cheese!
One BIG issue is mold. The past 3 containers of brand new sour cream that I've purchased have had mold. I openened them the day that I got them and a month before expiration. Once they solve this issue, they'll be unstoppable.
They sent me vouchers for free kite hill products to replace the moldy ones but im worried I'll get more moldy ones haha... I'll try a different store.

I love kite hill products but the coconut yoghurt always seems to have mold in it upon opening a fresh tub. This has happened to me a dozen or so times, buying yoghurt from a variety of different stores.

This must be a kite hill quality issue - something not right with sanitation. Wish they would resolve this issue, or do a recall, since a lot of people seem to be experiencing the same problem.

Mold in 3 sealed tubs of yogurt with good expiration dates. Very expensive waste of money. Company needs to fix quality control issues. Many similar complaints from others. Customer service does not return calls or emails.
