Wow, where do I begin...

One of the most troubling things about the process to find a kitchen renovation contractor was a pattern of potential companies starting out with (not verbatim) “Well since you live in Lake Lorraine on the golf course, you have a certain standard to maintain…” Is that some sort of business tactic in the industry to get people feeling like they need to go “high end” on everything?

Then walks in Jay McAdams and changes the game for us!

Cool, calm and collected – great listener – fantastic professional demeanor – very patient man. He spent a lot of time with me trying to figure out the best possible outcome given our budget and I was sold. If you are looking for a guy that utterly understands what you desire and how to make that work within your budget, Jay is the guy to call! The North Point cabinet product/material has very good value for the cost and it surprisingly really “high end” in appearance and functionality despite it being a low budget option. But what made it a winner is that it was AFFORDABLE for us and Jay didn’t make me feel guilty about it, LOL. My wide galley kitchen is sprawling, and I had to replace seemingly what were miles of cabinets – I think the lowest bid I received before I called Kitchen Solvers was $50K – JUST FOR the cabinets alone! Jay beat that by almost half and it included more services outside of the cabinetry!

Once the process started, Dylan comes into the picture. What a fantastic young man he is! His finishing skills are incredible, and his personality is 5 stars. Yes sir this yes sir that – top quality individual that backs up his amazing professionalism with tangible evidence of craftsman level skill in what he does. Jay has a superstar in Dylan, and I know he must be taking care of him – because that guy could be a free agent pretty fast otherwise haha! Dylan and his team really made it happen for us. We had challenges along the way, but Dylan’s ingenuity and creativity overcame it all – I can’t even begin to talk about the monster garage solution he had to come up with to mount my very expensive Z-Line range hood to the wall/ceiling. 50+ year old house from the Brady Bunch trying to implement modern amenities is not for the weak willed! But, Dylan always had multiple solutions to any roadblock, made sure I clearly understood the options, and had my back on the direction I wanted to go. Dude is legit!!

Multiple roadblocks presented themselves in this process and I will not go into them – some had to do with material – some with subs – but Jay and Dylan always had my back and always produced for me. After now living through a WHOLE HOME renovation, I wish I could say that about all my contract hires – but I cannot - but Jay and Dylan had my back with zero guilt or frustration. Literally once you sign the dotted line with these guys, expect nothing but solidarity and commitment to YOUR goals with zero resistance. Absolute 100% commitment to the customer no matter what. And please keep in mind – I’m not some rich guy living on a golf course! It has taken me 13 years to be able to afford this renovation – yet I felt like I was wealthy dealing with these guys on the day to day.

I was so impressed, I called them back for a follow up project converting a trophy case into a cabinet system…

Kitchen Solvers of the Emerald Coast has a very fitting name… They get it. They SOLVE the equation of renovation and they do it with high quality materials, high quality folks, and at an affordable price for any budget. They fit a great market niche for regular working folks like me who don’t have a pile of cash laying around to fit the house they bought on a golf course… They are an incredible value for that customer that requires intuitive ways to stay on budget and feel “wealthy” with the result.

Kitchen Solvers of the Emerald Coast should be proud of themselves for how they operate. I would be if I were them!

Love my new cabinets and countertop-I smile every time I go into the kitchen. Wonderful people who took care of everything to remove the old and install the new. Dylan and Jacob are amazing. Jay, Dylan, Steve, and Kyle did an excellent job performing a complete kitchen renovation for me including the removal of existing cabinets as well as an interior wall that really opened up the house. The new cabinets and island look great and the induction range, new oven, and vent hood are perfect. Will definitely consider them when I get around to remodeling the bathrooms.
