Super unprofessional staff and they showed no hospitality. march 15th my niece and sister who is pregnant were being ganged up on by staff members in the ladies restroom. They were accused of being disrespectful but my niece and sister were crying because the staff members were in their faces being extremely rude and loud! I had to run behind my girlfriend and I had to go in there as a man to help calm the staff members (2 men and 1 lady) they were in the bathroom. We were feeling targeted as people of color! I do NOT recommend this place for any type of events as the staff are racist and will harass your family members.

I ordered the "chopped steak" on the menu tonight. What a disappointment! It was nothing but a 3 oz overcooked hamburger! That was not a steak! Very disappointed that you would even try to call this a steak!

Great place for the 55 and older to live. Very safe and secure. All types of people live here and there is plenty to do, if you like. Come check it out! You will be glad you did!

Very nice. I attended an event in the clubhouse. It's nice, spacious, a full kitchen and dressing rooms. I only wish there was a private entrance for the guest instead of going through the community lobby.

Poor management company!!!!!!!
The staff in this office are consistently RUDE and condescending. They do not listen to residents concerns and don’t care about them at all.
They refuse to assist in resolving problems!

I came here with my daughter and her fiance so she could receive a nursing award for maintaining a 4.0, she graduated Valedictorian, so proud 🥰 The place was so beautiful and I loved the decorations!! The beef Empanadas were absolutely delicious 😋 We had a great time!!!

While I knew in advance that per FHA that I would need a "doctor's note" from my VA doctor for my Service Dogs, the hostility that I received in just getting the proper form is unacceptable. I am a disabled Veteran with multiple disabilities including speech aphasia, the utter hostility, and extreme rudeness I experienced was unacceptable, totally unprofessional, and uncalled for.
I was doing my utmost to abide by "the rules" and not cause any strife or discord
Policy doesn't override Federal laws.
ADA and HUD/FHA are Federal Law.

The Kings Point Property manager, SHE, is beyond any redemption. After I move out, then and only than will I start a Federal civil law suit against HER.
