If you buy a condo here plan to keep it for life. You will never sell it because they will never approve your buyer. You have to have perfect credit. Be 55 or older, and have enough monthly income to meet their expectations. Even if you pay cash. Every building has their own rules and when they deny you they won’t even tell you why nor will they tell you what to do to get approved. Complete discrimination.

The Weldon complex of King's Point is very poorly run and I do not recommend moving here until we get a new management company, a new building president, and a new community President. Both the management company CCM, and the building and community President Ben do not take resident complaints seriously. Have complained many times about the landscapers getting grass all over residents cars at Kings Point. Asked Tara and her boss Scott from CCM where to park when doing my building to avoid getting my car trashed, very unhelpful and could care less. They mow the lawn 3 times a month plus a hedge trim which is completely unnecessary and a waste of the residents association dues. All that money going to the landscaping company. Recommended putting some of that money in to improving the cosmetics of Kings Point aging buildings to increase property values, completely ignored. Elevator getting stuck multiple times in the past several months. Simple requests that have easy solutions and they do nothing to help. The landscaping company is continuously getting grass all over residents cars. None of the landscapers speak English, so they can't understand when you tell them to be careful. I have spoken with other condo owners from other non Kings Point complexes and they do not have these issues. Both CCM,our building President, and the Weldon Community President Ben refuse to do anything. I have suggested having a designated parking area on days the landscapers come so residents can move their cars. Will not do. Suggested allowing us to use the hose to rinse our cars off, will not allow. Suggested having the landscapers do the complex on two separate days so that residents can move their cars if they choose. Denied again. Will not allow mobile care wash services on premises either. I came up with many reasonable and cost effective solutions and every single one was shot down. Our community President Ben, building president, and CCM/Scott are terrible and could careless. CCM should be removed as most of King's Point has done and Ben removed from office. I think they forget they work for us and not us for them. I hope this review helps those considering using this management company or moving to Weldon Kings Point.

If you are over 55 but not dead yet I will not recommend to buy or live here.
If you have an active family with grandchildren that love to be around and gave fun do not buy or live here..
This miserable old people they will nose and make your life miserable..
They majority are over 70th here..
They should go to a assisted living..

Very very nice place to live. Lots of buildings to choose from. Parking can be challenging at times if you have more than one vehicle.
