I've had lots of mechanical and performance work done on my 67 Mercury Cougar at Kiddy's. New starter, window flywheel, header modification, brake pedal mod, wiring, throttle, kickdown, carb work, engine diagnosis and tuning, etc. Very professional team. Super clean and organized shop. Very detailed invoices complete with pictures and descriptions of work performed. They email and text me to keep me posted on work progress. Friendly and knowledgeable. I've had my classic serviced my many shops from Calif. to Florida over 20 years and I will say without a doubt that Kiddy's is the best full service classic car shop I have ever used. They have my business and they should have yours.

I have discovered the term "Fully Restored" is a term in this hobby that is very loosely used and again, my 65 Malibu was advertised, as "Fully Restored". Unfortunately, I discovered soon enough, not very much was restored or even repaired correctly. Therefore, Kiddy's Classics, not only had to repair my car but they had to correct everybody else's mistakes too and there were lots of them.

First, Kiddy's had to repair the hinges on my driver side door, which came out excellent... the gaps were perfectly aligned and the paint which, the original dealership didn't have, even though, they supposedly restored the car, they didn't have the paint code but Kiddy's eventually brought the ntire door to the paint store to ensure a perfect match. Next, the convertible began giving me trouble, which Kiddy's repaired without a lproblem. Subsequently, the engine began losing power and my muscle car never really felt like a muscle car therefore, I brought it to Kiddy's again.

After the original dealership assured me the engine was rebuilt, Kiddy's began troubleshooting everything on the top of the engine. The heads
were beyond repair so Kiddy's bought a new pair. However, the engine would stall when putting a load on it. Therefore, the carb was rebuilt; the timing chain and internal components replaced still nothing. Eventually, the engine was pulled and surprisingly, the engine was never rebuilt... the same gaskets from the factory were still there, nor, was the engine bored to .30 over, as the dealership advertised.

Therefore, the next step was to build a custom engine and after it was finally complete, a beast had been born. After getting my Malibu back,
I nearly forgot about the Firebird. I love the Malibu now... despite my initial desire to get rid of it, it's now a part of the family. Moreover, after the new engine was installed and everything was buttoned up and I heard the roar of my beautiful beast, which sounds more beautiful than any
song I have ever heard. Therefore, I decided I would work on something new once a month and a love affair had began.

Subsequently, I had Kiddy's color sand my car and got rid of all the scratches, blemishes, flaws, orange peel and everybody else's mistakes.
Some people actually believe I just had my vehicle painted. Next, I decided it was time to tackle all the small items, Therefore, Kiddy's
installed new step plates; new sun visors & shiny hardware; a new boot was ordered; and, eventually the dashboard was refurbished and a number of other pieces were replaced.

Moreover, recently, much larger jobs wore completed, like the differential. I replaced my peg leg with an Eaton posi and had all new gears put in and finally, I had Kiddy's install a Classic Auto Air unit. Now, I was always cool driving around in a 65 Malibu but now I am literally cool... sometimes even cold.

Before I forget, I also had Kiddy's Classics install a great sound system. I had doubts whether I would ever hear over the new stereo over my custom engine, which is nice and loud with a throaty exhaust that I love but my sound system sounds absolutely amazing.

My daily driver is beginning to resemble a car worthy of show. It's been a long haul with the Kiddy's Classics team but it's been a wonderful experience. Everybody at the garage is becoming more like family. Moreover, everybody there constantly goes out of their way to make
me happy and/or to accommodate my special needs, as I was paralyzed in the Marine Corps. I assure you, you will not find another shop where the owner or the master mechanic picks up and/or delivers your vehicle to you personally. Like I said, everybody at Kiddy's is becoming like family and not the dysfunctional family you wish you could escape. Nevertheless, they say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I am posting a few for your viewing pleasure.

Absolutely would recommend! Excellent, professional, full service shop for all classic car needs! We took our 1968 el camino there for several repairs needed. Everyone on the team excelled at listening to our concerns & needs, researching and diagnosing the problems, helping to find the best solution for us and our car, and following up after the job. Our only complaint is because they are so good, there's a waiting list to get in. However, it is well worth the wait! We are absolutely confident in putting our trust in Kiddy's Classics. This was our first time with them and we feel like we have found a partner in keeping our classic car safe and fun to drive. Thank you to the entire team!

This shop provides outstanding service, knowledge and expert craftsmanship. Their attention to detail and keeping me involved every step of the way really impressed me. They were able to diagnose and address preexisting issues with my 55 Chevy and meticulously repair and correct them all. Mike Z. handled every aspect of my vehicle’s upgrades and fabrications working with his team of experts in the shop. I highly recommend Kiddy’s.

I brought my father’s 1967 Lincoln Continental to Stuart in 2014. It had been driven 1000 miles in the previous 17 years.
The car needed serious mechanical work, repairs to the mechanism that operates the power roof (dozens of relays, pumps, motors, etc.). I took it to three different ‘vintage’ shops in town. I left all three with a final response from the owner of “this is the best we can do.”

When I brought it to Kiddy’s Sean took the time, well over an hour, to tell me things about my car that I did not even know. The knowledge was enough to give Kiddy’s a try.

I now drive this car multiple times a month and have even driven it to key west and back. The work that this team has provided me on multiple vehicles is second to none and the pricing is not only fair, but they provided lists, photos, etc of overt process they completed.

This is the only shop I will allow to work on this family heirloom!!!
