I really enjoyed working with Sergio. He was an amazing person and not pushy… gave me all the information I requested. Sergio was by far the best sales person I have dealt with. I had been looking at several cars at several dealers but when I walked into Kia, he greeted me immediately, asked me if he could answer any questions and I asked him for some space and he gave me space to take my time. Definitely will recommend Kia of Leesburg and Sergio will be the man to ask for. Love my new Sorento!

Wonderful experience purchasing my first Kia! Bought a Soul & couldn’t be more pleased. Worked with Laurie Perkins, Kean & Max. All were extremely helpful. Went above & beyond. When we first visited the dealership I brought my son who has autism. Sammy was amazing with him. Just an incredible team at Kia in Leesburg!! Highly recommend ☺️

We road tripped down to Florida from Virginia to see family, and I had a few items that needed taken care of with my 2012 Kia Sorrento. I was able to make a same day appointment, and get all of my concerns addressed. From my initial interaction with the service staff (shout out Mike!!) I was treated with respect and kindness. I trusted them completely with their assessments. They were able to complete all the repairs while my dog and I enjoyed a local dog park. Great service! I look forward to returning if my car needs anything when we are traveling in the area again. Bonus stars for being so kind to my dog Barney, and welcoming him with treats!

Hello , I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson from Kia dealership in Leesburg Florida. I brought car at 65,000 miles in June of 2024. I haven't had the car a year yet. First issue I had was liftgate struts which went out. I had to pay $100 with warranty I purchased. When I first looked at this car and ask salesman about exhaust smoke he said it was just morning condensation. I have put 20,000miles on this vehicles since I had it and notice one day there was no oil on dip stick. So my concern was about this. I had to do a 1000mile drive so Kia could start doing test. I learn my car was burning a quart of oil at a 1000miles. I have seen that this is a ongoing issue online and even some lawsuits behind it. Warranty wouldn't cover the carbon clean they reccommend. Service manager say it's a maintenance issue. I felt I shouldn't have had to pay $543 for this procedure. I was told by Jose the service manager I suppose to check my oil every gas fill. How many people really do this? I purchased this vehicle with the comfort of no worries. I told Jose this car has been smoking since I purchased it. I'm not happy I had to come out of pocket for this. I had warranty but it doesn't cover the carbon clean. I will be reaching out to Max the finance owner who sold me this vehicle.

Purchased a new car and the experience was the best I've ever had at any dealership!! Employees seemed happy to be at work (never experienced that at any other dealership in all the years I've been buying cars), to me that speaks volumes! Never felt pressured during any part of the sales process, not even at the end during signing. I will 100% purchase from them again and I am happy to refer them as a great dealership to purchase from!!! ❤️ 🚘

This was NOT a great experience! I purchased a 2023 Honda CRV on 12/28/24. When I was leaving in MY new purchase after 5 hours at the dealership, I noticed that there was a dent in the car. Kia of Leesburg told me to bring it back that it should only take 2days tops to fix it. I bought it back on 12/31/24. I asked when they clean the car to please NOT use the “air fresheners”that they used originally to get the dog smell out of the car that was in it, they said No Problem! I called on day 3 asking about my car. Nobody could give me any answer what was going on. I had been calling everyday asking what is happening, nobody could give me any straight answer. On day 9 with STILL no car I left my job early to drive the hour distance to find out what was going on. After waiting almost 30mins to speak to the General Manager Yhan THAT is when I got some answers. I was told my car would be completed the next day and delivered to my job an hour away. When they dropped it off I looked around quick cause I was at work and still found those “air fresheners” I showed the driver. As the driver handed me the keys he said to me “ By the way your tire pressure light came on 1/2 way here. I asked him then Why did you bring it to me and not fix it? He said, “I don’t know!” The car was supposed to be with a full tank of gas, it wasn’t. The next day when I was actually able to fully LOOK at the entire car in the daylight there was a scratch on the passenger door window. The retraction spring in the gas tank was Broken. I went to a Honda dealership by me and just purchase the part. I need that piece to close the gas cap. I didn’t want to drive back AGAIN another hour away. My salesman Sebastian was NO HELP with anything. I will say this Greg in finance was WONDERFUL. He was the ONLY one answering all my questions, showing me how to use the car and following up. I hope the next consumer that purchases a NON KIA or USED vehicle at this location has a better experience. I guess this is what I get for buying a Honda at KIA dealership.
