We have been working with Baystone Tile for the decking on our pool. After some initial issues with the original tile, we worked exclusively with Marlene and Ari. Both were very professional and extremely helpful with helping us select a different tile. When we visited the warehouse, they laid out all of the tile choices, so that we could see how it would look with our existing coping. This helped us to make a final decision that we would be happy with. The care and humility they both showed went a long way towards helping us feel comfortable with our decision.

We would highly recommend them without hesitation!

It has been a pleasure working with Ari at Baystone. The service has been above and beyond. She always takes the time to explain every little detail and questions we might have. We received an order with broken travertine (which is normal). She took care of us right away and had the replacements within 48hrs. The quality of the travertine for Extra Light was beyond beautiful.

Great experience with Baystone Tile!!! Erika was so friendly and helpful!! She helped me chose the perfect tile for our home project. She also went above and beyond to help me secure the materials we needed. Baystone Tile has a huge selection of materials to chose from, and the flooring product is nicely displayed on the floor so you are able to get an idea of how the finished product looks. Everyone else we encountered was nice and friendly, also. I would definitely use this company again in the future for home projects.
